This machine works well, makes good coffee. No problems. Nice looking too.

I was a bit leery of the Vertuo Next because of bad reviews on other sites, but many of those low-star reviews were complaints about the coffee not being hot enough. In my experience over the last week, this coffee is PLENTY hot enough even when adding milk and/or creamer. It's also less of a concern if you heat the milk in the Aeroccino first. I find the temp to be perfect. So far, the machine has worked entirely as expected. It creates a lovely drink that is much stronger and flavorful than any Keurig experience I've ever had. The aeroccino is also a fabulous bonus. I have a milk frother already but it doesn't heat my milk, so I have to warm it up in the microwave first. Not a big deal, but I'm lazy. Having the aeroccino right next to the Vertuo is just easier for me. I also love that I can easily recycle the pods. But be aware you have to place an order at Nespresso (over $50 for free shipping) to get your first recycling bag. Not a big deal for me since I purchased 10 different sleeves of pods from them to try. But if you're buying all of your pods from other retailers, you won't get the recycling bag.

Love this machine. Only machine that tastes like real espresso. They come out more expensive per pod but it’s because the coffee espresso actually tastes right. This is my 3rd Nespresso machine I’ve had and they are all still working.

This machine is so beautiful and makes such delicious coffee! The Aeroccino is a perfect addition - I have never had such frothy cream at home! Purchasing more pods start around $1/pod - which is such a savings compared to any coffee shop!

I love the coffee but the machine is very loud. For the price I would it expect it to be quieter

My last Nespresso machine lasted me over 4 years and still works, just wanted a newer, quieter unit. This one is very quiet and links up Wi-Fi and Bluetooth. 3 stars cause it started having issues early on. It making coffee properly, only half filling, lots of loose grounds, then it started leaking. The light is blue which there is no blue light indicated on any paperwork. Now it won’t link to anything and just leaks.

Can't understand how I got by drinking crappy cups of coffee. This makes REALLY good coffee. My ONLY complaint is the coffee does not brew very hot. It's hot, but not hot enough, but the taste outweighs that complaint for me.

Great coffee maker but I’ve had it four 1 month and it’s flashing red and basically is needing to be descaled which i had no idea that was a thing

Loved the machine and the quality of coffee/ease-of-use. But It stopped working after less than 4 weeks. Lights on and solid, but no coffee/water. Won't even start a self-cleaning cycle. The machine does not even recognize the physical factory reset key presses.

I recently purchased the Nespresso machine, and I have to say I’m really enjoying it. It’s definitely my go to coffee machine now.

Best gift ever. Only hard to close. But coffee brew is better. And I like pods recycled too.
