I love this machine. The coffee tastes so incredibly rich and the crema is delicious. Only downside is the capsules are a little hard to find, and definitely on the expensive side.

Perhaps we should have done a little more research before the purchase. But, that's okay. This is a brand new model that uses ONLY the new larger pods and not the original smaller pods that are more easily available in stores and online. Still, we were more than satisfied with the ability of the appliance and the taste of the coffee. If you have never had Nespresso, you are in for a real treat. The coffee taste reminds us of our trip to Europe in the summer of 2018. Americans raved about the taste of Caffe Nero and Costa Coffee, the two European favorites. Your beverage comes out like a specialty drink, whether straight coffee or an espresso drink. Loved the sale price and very happy with our purchase. But, it is NOT the smaller unit with smaller pods that you will find in better hotels or from longtime Nespresso drinkers.

Just what I wanted for our coffee and wine bar in the basement. It works well and is easy to use. I love the automatic feature of the lid. The lid easily opens and closes with light pressure. I placed the machine on top of a coffee capsule holder I ordered on Amazon.

I highly recommend this product and the Nespresso aero chino 4 milk froth pitcher. Just a tip shake the milk before frothing to get the milk proteins mixed into the milk I’m told they tend to settle in the bottom and you need at least 8 proteins in your milk choice to make foam well. I’m guessing if you do almond milk or others then maybe try using a protein additive. They sell foil lids online you can refill your capsules with to cut the cost of buying from Nespresso. But I will say they do make some good flavors.

First, Best Buy took weeks to deliver this item. They refused to offer any assistance (yes, they refused). I ended up having to write the corporate offices. Still waiting on a reply...This was ordered as a birthday present weeks in advance. Next, when the item FINALLY arrived (well after the birthday), I could either return it or use it (ended up getting a different gift). So, I ended up using it. It vibrates like a chainsaw. It's extremely loud. If you need coffee to wake up, the machine will wake you up way before you have your cup of coffee. Also, this machine requires patience. It will eventually make your coffee but only when IT is ready, so, don't start pressing buttons.

Been using this for 3 years without any issues. I don’t regret buying this at all! This is my best purchase ever in my life. Capsules are expensive but I can confidently say that it is worth it. Make amazing latte and Americano with Sucro and ill cafe capsules.

Love this machine. Pods are pricey... but I love this machine. The drinks come out so good and hot. Easy to use. Fast and easy to make a cup before running out the door! Recommend this!

A wonderful device that produces an elixir of goodness. It looks great on the counter top. Be warned that easily acquiring the pods for this machine is like flatulence in a windstorm. I would have kept this machine if I could have found pods at HEB, Walmart, or Target.

The good: This machine rocks. The coffee capsule options are extensive, however it can get pricey. Figure on average about $1.00+ per pod, give or take. I usually use two pods per cup (coffee/espresso). Love the design and how it works. The bad and good: Two days ago, it began to leak out of the top back of the machine. Tried a few things, ran a cleaning cycle and still no matter which coffee capsule used it would leak coffee during the brew cycle. The good, I called Nespresso and they are sending a brand new replacement machine.

We stayed at a hyatt that had this nespresso maker . Loved it so much that we had to buy our own. Glad we did ! This is one of the best coffee makers/espresso machines that we have ever . Highly reconmwbd ut ! You will enjoy the froth.

So pleased with this espresso maker! Will never take another trip to Starbucks. The taste of this coffee is absolutely amazing. Machine very simple to use and doesn’t take so much space on kitchen counter.

This a great machine that makes an outstanding cup of coffee. It is easy to operate ad doesn't take up much space on the counter.

I cannot believe I've gone years with a crappy keurig. This particular machine makes amazing espressos, double espressos and normal coffee. It all comes out with that amazing crema that you get from a professional machine/coffee shop. The only downside is that the pods are only sold online through their website, BUT they offer free pod samples and even free same day shipping when you just buy pods. I also love that the company recycles the pods and gives you prepaid shipping bags on the website that you can ship the used pods back and they compost the coffee grounds. I've used this machine about 30 times now since buying it last month and have had no problems.

If you want to change your life, you must change your mornings first. One way to do that is to drink the best possible coffee you can. The best way to do that is while still in your robe and half asleep. With this coffee machine, it’s so easy that you can safely make your coffee before drinking it. And when you’re drinking it, you’ll still think you’re dreaming. Best purchase ever.

I love the versatility of this machine. The wide range of options from the single espresso to a 14oz cup of coffee means that there is something for everyone. It is compact enough to sit on the counter and the water tank is adjustable. The only downside is that unless you have a Nespresso boutique close, you have to order pods online. Get the milk frother as well!
