This coffee machine is great. I am extremely happy with it. My work has a really big Keurig machine that i used and always thought all the Kpods for that no matter what it is taste terrible. The coffee and espresso's for this machine taste amazing and it is very simple to use and clean. I am very happy with this purchase. I will say though i waited for this to go on sale. The retail price it usually sells at above $200 was not worth it to me so i waited for it to drop to $100 and then bought it.

I have being using and really like the new design! The water reservoir is very easy to fill with the new handle. I believe the new design is better thought out than previous models. Great product. Noticeable difference in brews. Great features (Strong, Over Ice, 12oz!) Super quiet. Compact! Be sure to check the new. Use Keurig approved/Keurig Brand cleaning/maintenance products (for warranty purposes) or utilize natural methods

Bought this 2nd one to keep in my office. Fast, easy with great coffee anytime.....faster and easier than my first Virtuoline

Great espresso maker with good quality expresso every time. The machine is also very easy to use and it takes no time to heat the water when comparing to a Keurig. I will say, the expresso pods are pricey and they don’t have as large of a selection as Keurig. If you are into flavored coffees, teas, hot chocolate etc, this may not be the choice for you.

Great taste and love the crema with every cup. The coffee quality has gotten better

I have used the basic Nespresso machine for years and have bene pleased with it especially since I have found inexpensive pods to use. I purchased this upgrade and am pleased with its ease of use and its attractive presentation. It is harder to find discounted pods for this machine so it is a bit more expensive to operate. However, the quality of the pods available is very good.

The coffee this machine produces is delicious. It's an entire experience, Very easy to use & operate. I had a hard time finding this exact machine. I had ordered 2 online prior to this from other vendors that said it came with a 60 oz water tank - they didn't, so they got returned. I was delighted this was what they said it was!

Pretty happy with this machine so far, its a bit expensive for everything but makes fantastic coffee/espresso. I recommend but if you drink a lot of coffee be warned the capsules are kinda pricey.

Great coffee maker! I like the coffee! Downside is that coffee needs to be ordered from Nespresso. Worthwhile to wait until they have some deals (buy 10 get one free). Though capsule is not cheap, about $1.10, note that even the big size, 7.7oz is still sufficiently strong. Had some issues with descaling.

After using this Nespresso, I cannot enjoy coffee prepared any other way. The foam on top of each cup is delicious. The various flavors are fun to explore, and thankfully this came with many sample flavors. Perfect cup of coffee with one simple button press.

I've had this coffee maker for a year now. It's still going strong and makes the perfect cup of coffee. If you want a coffee maker that's easy to use and makes a great cup of coffee don't hesitate to get this one.

I bought this machine for my small office and every cup is delicious!!! I love that the water tank can be moved from the left or right side. Overall it is super easy to use and quality is flawless. The machine automatically froths the top of the espresso ... delicious.

This is a great coffee machine. The way it makes the coffee and the taste is perfect. The only problem is the availability of the pods. You can only buy them from the company it's self or their boutiques. They do offer free shipping but it would be nice if they were available at best buy or other stores,

I LOVE this machine! I also have a Keurig which brews a cups of coffee or an entire pot, but if you're looking for that same convenience with an espresso twist, then this is the coffee maker for you. Obviously, espresso cups are smaller than what a Keurig will brew, but I really appreciate that this machine gives you the option of a cup of coffee or an espresso depending on the pods. The Nespresso Vertuo Plus is perfect for anyone looking for that espresso and Italian-style coffee experience with the convenience of a Keurig. (both are great machines!) The Piano Black color looks high end and gets many compliments in my kitchen.

The Nespresso VertuoPlus Deluxe Coffee Maker and Espresso Machine by DeLonghi makes excellent espresso type coffee, and for a fraction of the cost of what I would have to pay for purchasing an espresso drink at a coffee shop. I purchased it with the Nespresso Aerocinno 3 Milk Frother, and with this combination, I am able to make lattes or espresso in the comfort of my own home. Plus, with the stainless steel reusable coffee pods for the Nespresso VertuoPlus Deluxe machine, I can purchase and use my favorite coffee in the comfort of my own home.

Wow, no comparison to the Keurig. awesome crema and the frother adds that extra fancy touch. I wish it had smart connectivity for automation to wake up with a cup already made, but even then it warms up super quick.

Now that I WFH almost all week, its so nice to have fancy coffee like you get at the coffee shop! So easy to use, and easy to re-order the pods from Nespresso. Highly recommend!

I cannot believe I've gone years with a crappy keurig. This particular machine makes amazing espressos, double espressos and normal coffee. It all comes out with that amazing crema that you get from a professional machine/coffee shop. The only downside is that the pods are only sold online through their website, BUT they offer free pod samples and even free same day shipping when you just buy pods. I also love that the company recycles the pods and gives you prepaid shipping bags on the website that you can ship the used pods back and they compost the coffee grounds. I've used this machine about 30 times now since buying it last month and have had no problems.
