The milk frothier did stop working after 2 weeks , because of covid I was not able to return or exchange it because it was too late once the store opened which was a bummer but the coffee is well worth it

It’s already paid for itself in the short time we’ve had it. Nespresso even sells ice coffee based pods to use. The machine doesn’t make ice coffee, but the pods don’t taste watery or anything!

needs to brew hotter coffee

The machine doesn’t brew a hot enough drink. My Keurig makes hotter coffee than this thing does. There is no option to run a hot water brew to warm it up. Rather, you have to start a cleaning cycle then cancel it after it runs the first rinse-to “warm it up” so the coffee it brews is at least a little hot. For how much it costs, I would expect a rinse or hot water dispense option, and for it to brew hotter coffee/espresso. The pods are pricey and you can only get them from Nespresso but I already knew that when I bought it. The aerocino works fine but I don’t use it often.
