Purchased for mother in law’s birthday, it is very easy to set up and manage. She loves seeing new pics of the grandkids who live far away, and she loves the complete black screen at night when all lights in the house are off. Great product that does exactly what we hoped for- displays clear pics and is easy to operate.

The Nest hub is a nice addition to our house. Easy to set up. Everything you need in the box. Just plug in. Get the app on your smart phone andf follow the directions. easy as 1, 2, 3. Good sound when listening to music. Has answered any question I have asked and its nice to get the weather forecast right away from google.

Works great, especially when setting up a smart home and linking it to other google smart devices. Wish it could control my Xbox, but other then that it has some really great features like routines! Makes a great bedroom alarm clock and very trendy looking, wish it could do more with the Netflix connection and also that it had more touchscreen functionality.

Nest Hub smart display has all the technology of the Google assistant but just the right size for my bedside table. It always shows the time and outside temperature, and has the convenience to set up my reminders, appointments, answers to all my questions, and plays the music of my choice without getting of my bed.

This was the first mart display I bought to control my smart home devices. Big upgrade from smart speakers as it gives visual clues that commands have been executed correctly. Also plays Netflix, Youtube TV, HBO Now, and now Hulu videos. I use them in the bedrooms where security is a concern because they have no cameras

I have two Nest Hubs - one in the house and one in my office. The Nest Hello doorbell automatically opens the interactive doorbell cam app on the Nest Hub whenever the doorbell rings. The response is nearly instantaneous when both devices are on the same wifi network, but is also very fast on a Nest hub miles away. From the Nest Hub interface, you can see the doorbell feed, talk to the caller, or dispense generic voice instructions (just like the Nest app on your phone, but faster). Note that only one Nest hub should try to talk to the doorbell at the same time to avoid garbled audio and confusion. The Nest Hub does not have a video camera - a plus in my mind. The device display is small enough to be unobtrusive on a nightstand, but large enough to see what's going on. Compared to the Echo Show, the Nest Hub assistant video features are surprisingly useful: asking how long it takes to get somewhere brings up a driving map and a time estimate; asking a general knowledge question usually elicits a relevant response; asking for music usually brings up the correct song or artist on Youtube music. Google assistant also can call up Nest cam feeds or Nest thermostats.

I have 2 Google Home Minis and a Lenovo Smart Clock, the Nest Hub Smart Display was a perfect addition! The screen is the perfect size and allows me to control all my devices. Great to play music, watch videos, and search items hands-free and on the touch screen!

Exactly what I needed. Packaging and product are excellent. I love the slide show of my own photos, they bring back happy memories. I also love how helpful it is for finding information such as recipes, weather, etc. Listening to my favorite music while working around the house is also great!

I use this product mainly in my son’s room or living room because of the ease to access music or children’s videos. The speaker can get very loud which is great. I can also be a distance away and the google assistant will respond to my request. There have been a few times where it would not connect to the internet, but may have to do with our internet service provider. I feel like I’m still learning more about the features that are available with this product.

Bought this for my grandma to use with her nest hello doorbell. When someone rings the doorbell it automatically announces that there is a visitor and shows the camera on the screen. It also works great for other things such as listening to music or checking weather, though she is still learning how to use it for other things.

We bought this after having two Google Home Minis and the Insignia alarm clock with the Google assistant. Not only is it a great digital picture frame, displaying decades worth of photos, previously buried on hard drives, it's a great extension of the Google assistant. Sound and picture quality are very good.

I've been using Google Assistant for several years, but have been hesitant to spend the money for a the hub. Now that I finally have one, I would highly recommend it. It sounds amazing and the screen is extremely useful for cooking recipes, streaming videos and sharing photos. Well worth the price.

This was a gift for someone who is always asking how to do things on their phone or computer as an easier way to maneuver their searches and music. There’s not a day that it hasn’t been helpful and useful, especially in the kitchen when your hands are messy. Its great for the news, weather or even helping with recipes in the kitchen.

I'm in the kitchen. someone rings the doorbell. Without moving I xan see who's there before I answer. Also, I can see a constance Flo of my grandkids pics, and video. With the sound of my voice play you tube, news radio, adjust the temp in my home, and so much more, It's the brain of your smart home.

Google has the best ambient light sensor out there so when the room lighting changes it changes the photo so it looks best. One of the best features of it really plus it’s not too large and it doesn’t have a camera on it so those are good things if you do not want a camera on a assistant device

Not sure why I waited considering I have a full on Nest/Google ecosystem with locks, thermostats, smoke detector, outdoor camera/Nest Secure and my entire condo has Phillips Hue lights and light strips, including outside (Hue colored light bulbs can be used outside just like any other lightbulb. I've had a regular colored bulb outside for over a year now and I'm in Mass. with extreme cold and heat and never had an issue!). I also just got a Harmony Companion remote that' can be controlled by google assistant and voice commands. Anyway, now I can control everything with this and it works flawlessly. I can say, "Hey google, show my outside camera", and it does without a hiccup. Or, "Hey google, turn on my tv and change the channel to 5", and it does. I also just like using google assistant way better than Siri or Alexa. It just works better and is a better more natural user experience than the other two, and I'm a long time Apple guy! So yes, this is great because it works well and as expected.

There's good sound coming from the speakers, this product is not worth full price for most consumers but I received it for free with purchase of a nest hello doorbell. If you have tight integration with Google assistant and smart home products that work with the Google assistant, this hub is beneficial.

This is a great addition to any home. Google answers all the questions. I use it for music, controlling the lights in the house, and a digital picture frame. I like watching Youtube and Netflix on the device. This is a must buy this Holiday season even at full price!

Bought this in January 2019 as a present for the wife... Hooked it up to her phone and then it setup on it's from there. She loves it, uses it everyday for almost everything. It so good that we came home and saw it soon asking Google some questions about how homework. Very happy with this purchase.

Nice sleek-looking product. Display is easy to see. Very easy set up and use. Picks up voice commands/requests easily. Have hooked up all of our smart home devices to it so we can control everything through the hub. Haven't had time yet to explore in great detail. Looking forward to testing out using for recipes, etc.
