Unreliable POS

It worked for about a day and a half and then went offline for a few hours, then went offline forever. I tried going through all of the troubleshooting steps but wasted over a half-hour because after resetting it took 5 tries to get it to reconnect to my nest account. But once it reconnected it went immediately offline again never to return. And nest support is useless. They just wanted to blame my network, told me to setup a hotspot on my phone to use it, whatever. Despite all of my other devices having no issues. Get smartthings and a z wave lock instead. It may not be *technically* as smart as this but at least it works.

Do not buy this lock!!

You will be on the phone in the rain with a customer service rep who won’t have any answers and won’t pay for the locksmith. The attitude will be “sucks for you”.
