If you want to use a phone for it's intended purpose, to communicate a message and then get on with life, this is the way to go. There is not any peer pressure for status or social media pressure to deal with.....Simply minutes to make a simple phone call.

Very good if you don't use the phone much and need something cheaper than the phone carrier plans as long as you can find a decent phone to use it on. The internet rate is high (minute for minute) but this is good for texting (texts were a third of a minute) and an occasional call.

It's been getting hard to find my Net10 300 minute cards. At least I can still order them online and get fast shipping from Best Buy.

Been using this phone and plan for quite a while now. The 300 minute plan, which lasts 2 months and is extendable if you buy another, is perfect for the relatively light usage I do. Kudos for the rollover feature---I've amassed a lot of minutes at one point that came in handy during a death in the family, when I made a ton of calls.
I don't use this phone for internet connectivity (have a tab for that) and find it annoying that every once in a while, when this is locked and in my pocketbook, it connects to the browser and costs me minutes.
The camera is HORRIBLE, and if that were important to me, that would be a dealbreaker. But calls and texts go through reliably, sound is fine, and coverage so far has been pretty good, important to me as I travel.
Another nitpick: using the voice features (i.e. to send a text to a specific recipient) should be easy from the main screen; you shouldn't have to go into the menu, choose voice services, etc.

Prepaid is the way to go for low volume user.

I reverted to prepaid calling since I normally don't go over 300 minutes per month. This particular program also allows the rollover of minutes not used, so you bank minutes for future use. I've used for several months now and am completely satisfied. You can't beat the price.

Better Than Monthly Bills

Say goodbye to expensive phone bills. I buy these prepaid cards from net10 and it gets me 2 months (60 days) of talk-time and 300 minutes. That's about all I need, and if I need more minutes, I can just buy another card or wait until I am ready. What a great alternative to monthly bills.

I've been using these airtime cards to add minutes to my phone for several years now. I don't want or need a fancy cell phone so just adding minutes every two months works for me.

Great way to get my prepaid card if I don't have time to drive to the store.
It's getting more difficult to find the 300 minute cards. They're always there online at Best Buy.com.

This prepaid phone card works great for the person who is a somewhat light user of minutes. The rolling over of minutes is also great. Net 10 works for me.

I've had my cellphone for several years and purchased a Net10 phone since I did not want a contract and I did not need a fancy phone that does everything. Phone card makes it easy to add extra minutes and days.
