I have two online gamers in the house and we are definitely reaching our internet capabilities without even trying consistently 1.2 terabyte of Internet a month with 4 computers 3 smart tvs and..... alot of gaming consoles (not all used at ones obviously) but this Internet modem gets hot really hot, hasn't died yet but it definitely needs a restart and cool down halfway through Sunday but still working a year or more later (I'm not displaying the purchase date because it's saying I purchased it 3 weeks ago which is not correct)

I used this to replace renting for Comcast and had not trouble setting it up. I have had no problems with it.

Will say I was impressed by the performance of this device. NETGEAR’s products are a must when you are looking for a quick easy install.

Not much to it. I plugged in this device to my Time Warner/Spectrum service cable, connected my WiFi to this and I was surfing faster than ever. I replaced the all-in-one unit provided by Time Warner/Spectrum at the same time so while I don't know which device made the difference but I'm now getting the speeds I am paying for. Thank you Netgear! The WiFi I purchase is the NETGEAR - Nighthawk AC2300 Dual-Band Wi-Fi 5 Router - Black (I gave his 5 stars as well)

i have used linksys in the past. switched to netgear and really recommened it. fast. reliable.

We had to purchase this modem to support our upgraded internet speed and it's wonderful! We stream a lot and this modern allows us to stream and do things in our cellphones simultaneously without any issues!! I definitely recommend it!

Wanted to cut the cable TV and go to streaming. This is a great high speed cable modem. Easy to setup. One call to internet provider to enable the new modem.

We started out with a 16x4 modem for our home network and it just wasn't serving our needs well. We have a lot of devices in our house, some via WiFi and some via ethernet. The salesperson at Best Buy was able to explain to me the reason why one household would need more channels in their modem. Switching to this modem was very seamless and everyone in our house is happy.
