They sold me a used item that was advertised as new !!!

Not great, slow speeds, connection issues

This Netgear router is the worst one I have ever had. It has to be reset every day, my Iphone connects with it but doesn't load anything, it works on any other router. This router has no range, I have it high up and not by any walls.

The Best Buy associate said this would meet my needs but we've had nothing but problems with connection speeds. Even after I spoke with one of the Netgear representatives to adjust my settings, problems still persist.

Would not be a good camera for a beginner

I returned it to Best Buy and exchanged it for a linkseye unit that worked just fine. Would strongly recommend that netgear get some folks that know what they are doing in their customer service.
