I tried this out in my apartment and it gave me a decent boost. Setup was fairly simple. Not quite the performance boost that I was looking for, so I don't think this would be ideal for larger homes; for that I would recommend mesh wifi, which I will try next.

At first I wasn’t sure if I would be able to tell the difference so I was hesitant to buy. Glad I did. My wi-fi works better in my problem areas around the house.

Was not getting good signal at one end of our home as the modem was at the other end. alter installing this extender all problems gone and receiving excellent signal now.

Easy to setup and easy to use. Instructions are simple to read and follow. Does a great job extending my WiFi into places in my home that were previously weak.

Set up was a little bit tedious but not too bad, even for a non-tech guy. I had to move it once to gain better reception but it is working great, doing what I needed. I now get coverage over the entire home (TH). Haven't tried for distance outside.

I now have two of these throughout my house and have wifi everywhere!!!! Even outside in my yard. Very easy installation and setup. Works just like it says it will.

Great device that has solved our internet reception problem. The signal was weak on our lower level, and this solved the problem.

Frustrating to set up! The instructions that came with it to do all the setup through the Nighthawk app didn’t work (and I tried SEVERAL times). Just before I returned it I did an internet search and found a different, internal website for setting it up and it was a breeze.

It's great! I was not able to get wifi in my basement of my house as my office is down there. I bought this and it is compatible with Verizon fios so I was thrilled.

In my basement the WiFi signal was poor. After I set this up I now get full signal everywhere in my house. I highly recommend this product!

I bought this to extend the signal from living room to office. It does a good job but I would do a better job if there want a corner wall between my wireless router and the extender. ALSO, keep in mind that extender, extends the SIGNAL distance, not the speed. If you get too far away from your original wifi signal, you will not get much speed.

NetGear Genie ac1200 and the Extender. The two work together great.

This device did exactly what I needed it to do - extend the wifi signal in the front of my house to the back of the house, and also to the backyard. Perfect!
