Needed a wife extender for gaming. I was having problems staying connected for online gaming. This extender stabilized my connection and now I have uninterrupted gaming for hours- works perfect!

Used this to extend the internet to our guesthouse, worked better than I expected and was easier to setup than my Linksys. Has the necessary power to extend service 75ft and into our guesthouse.

A lot of good reviews helped me to make this purchase and this extender has met my needs and then some. My router is in the basement and the extender is on the second floor ensuring coverage for over 4,000 square foot home. Speeds are consistent with my IP at the router. Very pleased with purchase and highly recommend for a large home.

Always liked Netgear products and this one did not disappoint. One of the easiest setups I have ever gone through. Literally a plug and play, just push the one button to connect to my primary router and within 90 seconds it was connected. Effectively double my wifi range not only covered the entire house but also have a great connection anywhere on my 3/4 acre yard.

This product was super easy to set up and start using right out of the box. All of our issues with connecting to wifi in certain areas of our house were solved. Was definitely worth the money.

I purchased this item with the understanding (plus I asked the question directly of the salesperson) that it would connect to my existing modem Ethernet port and provide wireless 802.11ac in my house. Got it home, found that there was not an "input" Ethernet port on the wireless router. I packaged it back up and returned it. Thankfully I live about a mile from the Best Buy store so it wasn't a hastle. The returns counter refunded all of my money, plus the new wireless router I purchased was an additional $10, which they waived for my inconvenience. Cheers to you Best Buy. You made this right and made me a very happy customer in spite of the oversight on the sales side.

I need an item that has a very good signal. I researched this item online and it had the best overall ratings. Works like a charm for me

I've tried cheaper ones to get the play station or smart tv to stream on the other end of the house and also the wifi, this thing works great and we get full signals all over the house now

I purchased this range extender because I was not able to use hook up my TV to the internet - it works like a charm -picks up a great signal from my router . My problem is solved !

Was incredibly easy to set up with very clear simple instructions. Took me less than 5 minutes. Minimal assembly: all you need to do is screw in antennas and plug in. Works very well.

My router is located on second floor. All gaming systems as well as computer On the first floor. This unit is more then I expected, fast and reliable, it's net gear what else could I say.

Our wireless router is at one end of the house and on the other end we were unable to consistently pick up Wi-Fi. This extender helped bridge the gap in our Wi-Fi. I highly recommend it.

We live in a pretty large house with the router/wifi located on one end and we stay on the complete opposite side. We had a wifi extender that plugged in to the power outlet and that was suppose to reach just as far as this one...it didn't and it sucked. So we purchased this and it vastly improved the range and speed of the wifi. It was very easy to set up and did require a bunch of work. I would highly recommend it.

This is being used with good results providing coverage in several dead zones on the bottom floor. Unit is upstairs in a bedroom.
