Needed an extender that could handle lots of streaming at a time. This was easy to install and hasn't had an issue. Only downside is the size.

We needed our wifi to reach throughout our entire apartment. This did the trick! Now I can easily access my online recipes at my kitchen counter instead of having to go back and forth to the hallway!

I got this to replace a second router. I thought it would be able to make my third floor router reach the basement. This ifem is on the second floor. It works in some areas but not others.

This replaced a less powerfil extender and has worked very well. My iPad connects to the internet in rooms where it did not connect previously, including upstairs. It was very easy to install and set up

I needed a new wifi extender after my old one stopped working. So I decided to look for one that seemed more high end and had more ethernet connections. This looked good and had decent reviews, so I thought I would give it a shot. Knock on wood, it's doing it's job well. It may take up more space than the ones you just plug into the wall and may look like a modem, but it's good. The wifi signal is better and the download speed doesn't seem to be affected too much. Worth it

Not the easiest to set up, glitchy but after all said and done, it does what I need it to..... Not only do I use it as an extender, I use it to take a stereo receiver that's not 5 ghz compatitable, hard wire it to the extender and let the extender transmit over the 5 ghz channel to the router and Internet. Works like a charm!! Only major downside is that it doesn't seem to want to hold the wireless channel and loses strength. A hard reboot and things work fine... For a while... Then I have to hard reset it again. All in all, does what it's intended to do.

We have a fairly rambling house with many corners and brick on the outside as well as some of the interior walls. Our router is in a study at one end of the house, and our bedroom and my wife's desk are at the other. Consequently, we've never been able to get usable Wi-Fi reception to her desk, though we've tried several solutions that were guaranteed to work. Speed isn't an issue as we have a back woods DSL provider. Friday, after returning a router and matched wireline extender that didn't do the job, I decided to try the EX6200 range extender, paired with Netgear's R6400 router. Prior to this, I'd avoided AC routers, as my first attempt with them was a disaster. This time it worked, and everybody's happy!
