This has been great so far! This router really meet my expectations. I’m not a pro” at this type of stuff but the set was so easy and no issues with it all. I highly recommend this to anyone.

The product does the job that it is supposed to do...

I did a lot of router research and settled on this Netgear AC1750 router. The router has very good range and improved download speeds from 180mbs to 220mbs for my iPhone compared to my old router, but my desktop experienced greatly reduced speeds at 120-150mbs and did not see the 5g signal 3-4 days per week and I had use the 2.4g signal. My wireless HP printer was also have issues staying connected to the network and I had to reboot the printer every time before using. I called Netgear tech support and they had me change the 5g channel number and reload the latest firmware but it did not fix the problem. I thought my wireless card in the desktop was the problem since the other wireless devices saw faster speeds, but it ended up being the Netgear Router. I returned Netgear router after using it for one month and I bought an ASUS AC86U router and all the issues went away, Desktop always connected to 5G, great wireless range, download speeds increased to a steady 235mbs, printer stays connected and so far I have not had to reboot the router once. I may have had a bad unit but there a plenty of reviews stating the reboot issue.

Have had no problems with this at all - good purchase.

We use internet for work, emails, pics, etc (eg, no gamers) THi was an extremely cost effective solutions to spotty internet connections at our house. No more issues, we get right on, have excellent up/down load speeds. Would def buy again.

we live in the country and our wifi signal was always weak now thanks to the netgear-ac1750 we have a much greater signal and are able to stream without freeze ups. also able to get better reception outside on our deck and yard that we didnt have before

I was very satisfied with an earlier model of this router--a lightning surge destroyed it--so I replaced it with this new model, which I like even better. I'm not a gamer so I don't know how it would be for that, but for streaming movies or videos it is great.

Updated router. Works ok, however main reason I bought the new device was to pair it with my sprinkler controller. After many hours on the phone was told that my unite was outdated and would not work with the new router.

I have Centurylink and had several of their wifi modems . They seem to work okay but after a year or so seem to be unreliable. I wanted a modem with separate router in case we do something different for our ISP. We live in an area where we can only get DSL or satelite internet.

Does what I purchased it for plus quite a bit more.

Had a hard time getting to start working. Spent an hour following "simple" directions b4 calling tech assistance. After another hour, it was finally working. Only oroblems since then have been power outages in bad weather. Reconnect has been a breeze every time tho.

I was impressed with the sales associate who suggested this item for my needs, as well as the Geek Squad (Ryan) who installed it for me. He was very good at explaining the process as he was installing it, and what I could expect!!

My son plays a lot of online games on his ps4 pro and with the older model from netgear he was always getting kicked off. So we bought this newer “better” version but he still gets kicked off just not as often. We were going to return it but after rebooting it he had no problems.

I love this router. I have never had connectivity issues, drops in speed, nothing at all. The fact that it was 4k capable even though I don't have 4k was nice to know that it was "future proof" for the same price as others that were not. I have recommended this to three other friends already.

Good speed but limited range on both 2.4 and 5.0 ghz.

Purchased to replace the ones provided by Optimum and Verizon in 4 different homes. I now save money every month and connection and speeds are much stronger and faster.

Needed it for college and it does the job well enough

I got a pretty good price on this router and I was comparing with some of the competing brands with the same speed characteristics. I've always used netgear, and after reading reviews and comparing prices this was the easy winner for me. Signal range improved significantly over a wireless n router I replaced with internal antennas.
