got this to extend the wifi on a home with multiple floors. I needed to boost the signal on the first floor, this did the trick

I had tried everything to have internet service in my daughter's bedroom. Net gear made it happen.

I bought this to extend the wi-fi signal for my additional items in the house that were far from my router (or signal was blocked from), and it works perfectly. It was also price matched to a competitor’s price, which made it even better.

My Xfinity wifi was not working well and I called for a technician. He replaced my modem with a newer one but it was not much better. He then suggested I buy a range extender. This one made a world of difference and all wifi items in my home now work properly

This little guy is great! Just plugged in an ethernet cable from my Verizon router and it creates a new wifi network way stronger than the wifi that comes from the Verizon router. Covers my entire home about 2000sft! Definetely recommended.

Does what it says. Creates a separate access point, but maintains the same password.

Had a bit of a tough time connecting at first but then no issues once i got it connected

This unit enhanced the WIFI so that secondary, etc. devices are not getting much stronger signals

Does the job. No lag in the area installed. Would have given 5 stars if I could have kept the same WIFI name.

I was having WiFi issues with my smart tv and blue ray player. Never occurred to me that it was because the signal was not strong enough. Then I saw this product and decided to give it a try. Fixed all of my connection issues. Why didn’t I find this sooner?

We were only able to get our internet in one area of house. We don't have a big house I am guessing there is something in the construction which would not allow the internet to be used in all rooms. I purchased this extender and it works well. I found it easy to set up also.

Overall good extender. Easy to setup abd has good range. Can't comment about the lifespan though.

I was able to extend the network wifi and the setup of this netgear was very easy.

put it in the basement and it works great in providing more range.

love this product... for some strange reason my walls in my house are super strong because my wifi gets weak when your so far away from it.... so I purchased two more so that it would cover ask if my house... now my wifi is strong all the time no matter what ever part of the house im in...

I love these. Excellent as a bridge to hard connect Ethernet. I use these at all of my clients shops where this type of connection is necessary. Great price as well. I will say that it is a challenge to setup in certain environments.

A little difficult and confusing to set up. I did manage to get it going and have five bar wifi all over the house.

Works great for a ranch house that normal wifi would not reach through all the brick fireplaces

I have used several of these in different offices and homes. I have used others. This is the best.

Recently had to upgrade cable modem. The new modem didn't have the same signal strength as the older model. Needed to increase the Wifi signal in the house. This range extender was easy to install. Up and running in a couple of minutes and works great!
