works great, really helps me get better wifi as my router is in the basement and was not getting good signal, now with this item, much better. pretty easy to set up though the instructions could be a little clearer. overall love it!

We purchased this to extend our wifi coverage outdoors to our entertainment area and it works like a charm. Set up was extra easy and it gave us the necessary connection speed to stream video on our outdoor tv and Roku player. Definitely worth the money!

Overall works good. It delivers very high speed internet to the WiFi dead spots. It does seem to require being reset from time to time to get a good connection to the internet. Overall worth it and has great signal boosting range.

I am not great with routers or setting up a wireless network. BUT the extender was super easy to setup and didn't take long at all! I needed this for my house which didn't have wireless reaching to far ends of the house. The automatic setup didn't work but the directions were SUPER simple. I'm talking if you can read 5 easy steps then this device is for you! The signal is pretty strong, not as strong as the main router but pretty close.

Purchased Net Gear AC750 because my router is located in basement and wifi signal was weak upstairs where Blue Ray player & Laptops are located. After install the signal improved and Blue Ray player picked up Netflix and Laptop(s) speed improved.

I bought this product to boost the wifi to my sons room. Once I set it up which was easy and placed the extender between the router and his room he was able to use his phone and game system.

I noticed my wifi connection wasn't all that great while gaming on my PS4. I didn't want to have to run an ethernet cable all the way to my modem so I started looking at networking options. I was debating between getting an extender or a powerline adapter. After looking at different options online and in store I finally decided on this product by Netgear. I have a Netgear modem and a Netgear router also. I was worried about setup but it was a breeze. I had no issues at all setting it up. After setting it up I plugged it in where my PS4 is located and tested my connection and speeds. The wifi was drastically better but of course hooking it up via ethernet cable was even better. I currently have the PS4 hooked up to the extender via ethernet cable and have not had any connection issues thus far. I would recommend this extender to anyone not wanting to spend $100 or more.

My AT&T WiFi Box is upstairs at one end of the house and has caused some problems of good connectivity downstairs. So, I purchased this NetGear device, followed the simple directions to connect and plugged it downstairs. The downstairs connectivity is much better now. This is an inexpensive fix and I certainly recommend trying this if have a similar set up in your home. It should help.

My compute wireless signal strength was very weak in some parts of the house (due to firewall) , my son reassured me that this would improve my existing network signal. Easy to install, out the box plugged into outlet, set codes and in 5 minutes up and running. Great signal. Only one bad thing is I must tell my son he was right.

Purchased this extender 2 months ago and am extremely pleased! With the original equipment provided by my internet service provider I was not able to access a wifi signal in all areas of our home. After a VERY easy setup, we now are able to access a strong signal in all rooms and even outside on our deck. Very pleased!

We needed an extender so WIFI would be available in bedrooms located at the back of the house. Also, something that would boost the signal so our patio TV would get a signal sufficiently strong to allow internet connection. This unit is perfect for both issues.

A simple to follow instructions booklet is provided and following the steps provided there ensures an easy and quick process. The unit can be set as an extender or access point. Adding it to your network can be done either via the WPS button or the NetGear Installation Assistant which is web-based. During the install you can select a custom name for the connection (for example if you already have other extenders in your network). The entire installation took less than 5 minutes. Offers both 2G and 5G channels. The signal strength has visibly improved in my case and now I can sit in a remote part of our backyard and enjoy full speed of connection, regardless what I use it for, whether downloads or watching a movie in HD. Overall happy with the purchase.

Needed extra signal strength due to the adding of a family with tablet and laptop to our household. Setup/install was relatively simple. Just follow the directions and there should be no problems. Immediately after setup/configuration I noticed the extended signal strength from my Netgear AX750. Honestly - very impressed with the product. Would definitely recommend...!

The Netgear AC750 - Ex6100 works much better at eliminating dead spots with my WiFi than my previous extender. I live in a two story 4500 sq ft house with modem/router upstairs at the front of the house and the master bedroom downstairs at the back of the house. Before trying an axtender, my signal was very very weak and variable downstairs. I first purchased a NetGear WN1000RP and it helped the WiFi signal some but not enough so I bought the AC750/EX6100 which works much better. I have learned, especially with a large house, the stronger the unit you buy, the better your results will be, so buy the strongest one you can afford for your application. NetrGear has EXCELLENT support and will assist with installation, which I used

I had one room where my smart TV was constantly losing connection to my WiFi due to a weak signal. This definitely improved the signal strength. As far as installing, the directions are clear and easy to follow. It took me a few minutes to set it up. I would have rated it a 5 star if I hadn’t one incident with the extender losing connection. I will revise my score if this was simply an anomaly.

My computer client had their closest cable drop over their carport! The wireless router was in there too. They kept losing signal in the living room due to the distance. Now, they get a strong signal in the living room and even downstairs in the extra bedroom for the grand daughter that is now staying with them. Everyone is happy! The setup was a breeze too!

I'm very happy with this product. It effectively boosts my 5GHz wifi signal. With this product, you get the better speeds of 5GHz, and solve the issue of limited coverage. For my PS4, I use powerlines, however, as that console doesn't support 5GHz for whatever reason....

I have been using this for about a week, and so far it does exactly what I would hope. I use it with a Netgear r6400 router, so there should be no compatibility issues. It was very easy to set up - normally I never use WPS, but figure I would try it this time, and it worked flawlessly. It was literally set up in three minutes. I went back and forth, connecting to this and connecting to my router and did multiple speed tests on both, and I got the same results whether I was connected to this or connected to the router. The only thing that would give it five stars is if I were able to give it the same SSID and have people wander from one zone to another without having to switch SSID's. Therefore, this is best used to extend the network to stationary machines, instead of cell phones or laptops that may move from one room of your house to another.

Bought this to extend wifi from the corner den of our 60 yr old home with Metal lath and plaster walls. Should have done it years ago. Easy set up, even doing the more complicated online set up. Connected right away to our Linksys wifi router. Plugged into entrance hall electric outlet, and now have full signal in basement, upstairs and kitchen.

We have really bad signal upstairs and after calling the cable company and having techs out and them telling us everything is fine, we finally decided to try and extender. Problem solved! It was easy to set up and even easier to connect to. We now get full signal strength!
