Our internet provider suggested we buy a range extender because the router's distance from the family room caused it to constantly drop wi-if service on phones and tablets. The Best Buy salesman I spoke to on the phone suggested this one because it was not too low end but not too expensive either. I looked at its reviews online and then ordered it. It's strengthened the signal and wi-fi has not dropped once since we installed it. We did notify our provider and they did something at their end which "recognized" it or something. It required disconnecting it for a few minutes while I was on the phone w/ them so it did not get damaged. I then reconnected it and it was now integrated into our service. It is small and inconspicuous plugged into a wall outlet

Improved the range of wireless router immediately with little effort. The setup instructions were straight forward. Performance of streaming video on television and surfing internet improved greatly after setup.

Use this to extend wifi coverage in large house in an area that didn't receive signal from upstairs router. Installed half way between router and bedroom area and signal is now strong, doesn't seem to drop out, and supports Netflix viewing without problem. Good deal for price point

I had poor wifi signal outside my home. Couldn't connect on back deck or while mowing lawn. This extender fixed that issue and works perfectly. No wifi connection issues anywhere on my property. Install and connection to wifi network was easy and quick. Highly recommended.

I have had this for over a year and it's been working great. I have the Ring doorbell and was having problems with it staying connected to the internet. Ever since I installed this extender, I haven't had anymore problems. It's very easy to connect.

The NETGEAR - AC750 Wi-Fi Range Extender Wall Plug has been a lifesaver! Our WiFi did not reach the back of the house, but with this little unit, we have strong signal all throughout the house. It's easy to install and set up. Basically just plug and play! Highly recommend.

The guy at the store who tried to help me said it won't work how I wanted to use it. I knew better so I left the store and ordered it online. First attempt to set it up didn't work - got tech support on line and they couldn't get it to work - said to exchange it. I did. Second one worked perfect first attempt to set it up. I use it at our marina for better wifi reception within our boat. Works just fine. Take that Mr. IT guy that works in Best Buy - you are not as smart as you claimed to be.

This is product is simple to use and was easy to hook up. Now we have fast internet speed hooked up to the computer in a whole other room.

Great product - easy to set up, and extends the range of wifi throughout the whole house. I just wish that my phone would automatically switch to the strongest / fastest signal when i am moving around (it only switches once it loses the current network completely)

excellent product for boosting weak signals. easy setup and operation. find that resetting (ie on/off) periodically improves signal strength.

The range extender replaced another brand which had become inoperative after a couple years. Set-up for the Netgear 750 was easy and it worked immediately and has continued to perform well with a wide variety of WiFi capable computers, phones, printers, etc.

This device performs well to extend a router's signal range. It's easy to set up. It does necessitate the creation of a separate WiFi network from that of the router. But it does certainly improve the WiFi signal for a distant device.

The instructions were simple and easy to follow. The light indicators showed my if my placement was a good choice, It was easy to connect to my devices, and now my whole house gets great wifi!

At my house, the router is in the basement, because that's just where the fiber-optic cable hookup is. My basement is essentially a concrete bunker; not the ideal place for a router. I have a PS4 on the first floor of my house and my home office on the second floor, and it was getting to be unbearable how often my signal would drop from any device I had connected to the internet. I decided to get one of these because my company is allowing us to expense up to a certain amount in office supplies while working from home. I'm not going to lie, I was skeptical on whether or not this would actually work, but it worked instantly and changed everything. I placed it on the first floor to capture any signal that made it out of the basement and amplify it to other areas of the house. My PS4 can display connection status information, and where previously it was showing a signal strength of 38%-46%, the signal strength jumped to 100% - seriously. Where have I been without one of these? Setup can be done one of two different ways, and I chose to download the app on my phone and follow the instructions there. That process can take up to 15 minutes or so, but you only have to do it once. Then you're free to move it anywhere in the house.

Bought to extend signal from back bedroom of house to front door where new Ring doorbell was installed. It boosted the signal by about 15% and improved the overall performance of the doorbell, both video and audio. Very easy to setup and I like the fact it keeps the same name of main router and only adds "ext" to the end of the name. Would definitely purchase again if the need were to arise.

I have an apple airport extreme router and since it uses WPA for networking and not WPS one touch setup is not possible. The genie smart setup guide is very good but takes a non techie like me over 30 minutes to get through and it helps to have a pC laptop available with wifi manager . Once setup it did extend my wifi range to my new smart tv in the far bedroom but overall this is not easy for a novice to do.

I am happy with this product. It has extended my wifi in the house and I now have a much better signal throughout the house.

This device was easy to install and works great. I would definitely recommend this to anyone looking to boost their Wifi.

First let me say that we live in the country and wifi is not as easy to come by as it is in the city. With that being said, we have had wifi for a few years and the service has never covered my whole house. I bought this to put in the other areas where our main router wouldn't cover. So far, after about 6 months we have never had an issue with it. Its easy to set up and only requires an outlet. It does have a place to connect a desk top also. We will be purchasing more in the future.

Super easy to set up! The range increase was dramatic for me. Before I used this, my signal would drop when I went into my garage. I now have a STRONG signal throughout the entire house, backyard and all the way into the street!
