This modem has exceeded my expectations. It took only 10 minutes for it to be up and running. My wife said that the cable company took longer to get the internet service going than it took me to get the modem connected to our computer. Very happy with the purchase and use so far.

The installation was a little bit complicated but not rocket science. The product after 60 days of use has its pros and cons. Big positive is the money saving over rental fees. It will pay itself off eventually. Con is that it is not the same product you will get from The Big service providers . The internet does drop from time to time and I have found myself resetting it which the process is relatively quick. If you are looking to save money then this is the way to go without a doubt.

I recently upgraded to high speed internet from my cable company but did not want to pay their monthly rental fee for their cable modem/router. This Netgear model was a much better option. Not only will it pay for itself in 1 year, it's a better unit, too.

Easy to connect and use this Modem and Router. Avoids too many devices and keeps the place organized with built in Router and Modem together.

There are several routers that offer more than this one does but for a much higher price point. I usually run about 8 devices on the router all day and speeds are NEVER an issue. The only issue is the range, if I'm about two rooms away from the router, it slows down. Overall, great purchase!

I like that this unit has 90 Day free support from Netgear. 1 month in our wifi stopped working. Called Netgear and they had me do a hard restart. Unplug everything and then plug everything back in. That fixed the problem. Whatever it was. Range is good.

The item works better than what I used to have, it did eliminate the modem that I was paying for, but there is still some buffering on the video playbacks, but not sure if that is from the tv company or the internet company or the placement of the modem itself? but otherwise it works good

Plugged it in, turned it on, haven't had a problem since! Replaced the modem the cable company charged me for every month, and it's run flawlessly - it will pay for itself by avoiding the monthly rental charges!

Little expensive but does the job! Sits upstairs and still get good connection in the basement.

We were having lots of trouble with our wireless and decided to try a 3rd party modem instead of the one provided by the cable company. What a difference! Our wireless has never been better. Easy to set up and use, and we’ll never go back. Worth every penny.

this is a great modem-router that is build tough and handles high speed internet with many devices connected the initial cost is a little high but it pays for it's self over time instead of paying the cable company monthly rental fee that never ends

I love the fact that it is a router/ modem combination. It is sleek and good looking in design. It doesn’t take up mush space. It is fast, too.

Was having Xfinity internet installed the next day and went in to purchase a reasonably priced router modem combo. Martin did a great job of helping make suggestions based on my needs and this router is AWESOME! Super easy install and set up. Would recommend to anyone.

My router was easy to hook up and makes things happen faster than the one Comcast supplied me.

This took my wifi from the slowest *with the cable company's modem) to the fastest it could be. Cable company said we were at the end of the line which is why the Internet output was so slow, but when I installed this it couldn't get any faster

Had a pretty bad modem before this definitely liked it when from 30-20mbps to 90-120mbps

Replaced an exact same product. Had original product for many years and the modem finally went south. By purchasing the same product, setup was very easy. This is a good product and highly recommend.
