The only minus in this product. It doesn't have a phone connection. Otherwise, it's great

I have had no issues what so ever. The instructions are so easy to follow and have illustrations that are helpful. My cable provider took about two minutes to get it up and running and setting up our devices have been super easy. We are very happy with it.

Comcast xfinity provides pretty barebones router and modem in one. I couldn't be happier with this device. It eliminated my monthly rental charge and will pay itself off in a year. Speeds are much faster and also provide wifi. Dual band. Yadayada.

About 2 weeks so far it's really good like the range I get from the house to my car only problem is that sometimes internet lags not sure if it's the provider or the box but a quick reboot fixes doesn't happen as much only like twice so far

I bought this router for my Comcast internet installation. Everything went smoothly and the technician said it was a great router. I stream using a Firestick on a Vizio smart TV in the other side of the house and so far it works great.

Do not be swayed by reviews on BestBuy only, look at forums for support on this product. They all show how bad this product is. I was renting a modem from Xfinity and having no issues, but I decided to buy this one and stop paying the rental. From day 1 it worked poorly. Frequent disconnections, sometimes for a second, sometimes for a minute. I had to call Netgear because trying to get help through their online chat was useless as I would lose internet... because of the terrible modem. Once on the phone, it took a lot of back and forth for them to blame the provider, Xfinity, about my constant disconnections. So, to appease Netgear, I asked for a home visit with Xfinity. They came over, replaced and upgraded every connection, did diagnostics—nothing wrong on their end. Called back Netgear, after different resets (a soft one, a hard one, and some other type) I was still having frequent disconnections on all my devices. Finally, they agreed to replace the modem, and WANTED TO CHARGE ME FOR THE SHIPPING!! The nerve!! Their product is faulty, and they want ME to pay THEM to fix it. I fought for free shipping, so they sent me a new one and I returned the faulty one. Turns out, new product works the same: terribly. Still get disconnections, still nothing I can do will fix it. The product is simply poorly made. Reading forums trying to fix my problem, I saw that hundreds of others have the exact same issue: frequent disconnections that are absolutely unfixable. At this point, I can't get my money back because of their 14-day return policy from day of purchase, but I will never be buying another Netgear product in my life. And, in every way I can, I will prevent others from spending money on them as well.

I had a modem that was more than 5 years old. WiFi was not working and I would have to restart modem every time. Bought this new modem and is working very well. Works great with Spectrum internet. No problems as of yet.

Once set up this modem router blazes super fast. had to get tech support from my ISP and Netgear. it wasn't a problem on either side as the customer rep of my ISP entered wrong info. once was up and running , its great for the value

I purchased this router for it's compatibility with Xfinity. Not only do I not need to rent their router after purchasing this router/modem combo, but I am also getting fantastic internet speeds above the speed I am paying for.

The device works perfectly. I had some issue with installation but netgear customer service was excellent. I am happy that I purchased this item. I saved myself money by owning my own modem and saved wifi fees because of the router's option.

I bought this for my xfinity cable internet I was having installed to avoid their monthly charges. It works fantastic no problems great connectivity 2000sq ft home. Setup and installation was as easy as it gets as long as your internet is working

Bought this for my daughter and son-in-law for their Xfinity service. Was extremely easy to set up. Instructions were clear and concise. Took only about 15 minutes. Download jumped to 120GB immediately. Service was guaranteed at 100MB.

Setup was seamless and connection quality is top notch. The Nighthawk App makes managing connections a breeze. Works perfectly for xfinity.

I was having trouble streaming I had a problem with buffering. I blamed the cable company. I decided to upgrade to the Netgear AC-1750. There was a big difference. I buffering problem was solved. I highly recommend this router. Even the set-up was easy.

Replaced the rented Comcast router/modem with this unit and it’s well worth a little upfront investment never a moment of trouble again. Old modem/router used to shut down every couple of days and required regular resets

It was easy to set up and uae right out the box. Cable company wanted to charge a rental fee.. this works perfectly with Cox cable

Great modem router set works well and got it mainly to avoid renting the xfinity internet box. Saves you a good amount yearly of the fee. Highly recommend

Purchased to replace a Motorola SBG6580 rental modem that Had to be reset at least 3 or 4 times a week. My Netgear Router has been problem free and was easy to setup. Much better connection & reliability. Bought one for my Father as well. Would buy again.
