I bought this NetGear router 6 months ago however I’ve set this router recently. My previous router from the internet provider was giving me a problem. So, I decided to put this new router. Set up was easy but I had to contact the internet provider for small thing. I think if you follow the steps through the Netgear set up web page, I don’t think there will be any problems (I had the internet connection issue so had to call them). I’ve been using the modem for about a month and the internet connection is stable and strong. It doesn’t take much space either, fits perfectly on my desk. Yes, I would recommend this to a friends

My old modem stopped working so I bought a new one at Bestbuy..turns out that it wasn't compatible with my cable provider. I returned it with no issue and bought this one, which is compatible. Installation was easy and it works great.

Great product and was very sufficient. It gave us what we need.

Haven't had a problem with reception in my home even when we have guests.

The device was physically easy to install, however the software portion of the install was a bit more complex than the instructions let on. Had to contact the internet provider for completion.

Definitely worth spending those dollars for AC1750 purchase. Works way better than N600 provided by Cable provider. No need to pay monthly rental to them, but rather own one like this.

Working well so far. No problems. Don’t know what else to say.

It worked seamlessly. I only bought it to use temporarily so I don't really have much to say other than it served its purpose.

Easy to setup. So far no dropped signals. Expensive but worth it in my opinion.

This wasn't the top of the line yet it has been working great. Fast wifi.

Went to Into store to upgrade as old router couldn't support all devices. Told associate needs and that I didn't want to spend $300, chose this model. Easy setup and have no problems using with multiple devices linked, streaming and wifi.

It was a fairly easy set up. One thing I noticed is my connectivity can be slower sometimes but I attribute it to bay area internet service.

Bought this modem to replace the cable company's inferior product which couldn't handle a household with 4 adults using our toys at once. So happy with this modem, no more dropping any of us from the net while we enjoy all our gadgets.

Purchased to avoid ISP rental charges. Works as advertised. Real test will be how long it lasts and stays compatible which determines how much money will save.

I would recommend this wireless router. We have had no problems with it!

Worked great until I flashed the BIOS with an approved update after which it completely died. Not sure what went wrong - I am a teccy and I'm used to doing fairly hardcore stuff with computerized equipment but maybe I messed up or, more likely, the update bricked the device. Shame really, it worked well until that point.

Decided to go all out with getting off cable and bought my own modem. Saving over $200 per year. Geek Squad did the install with no issues.

My husband discussed with the Best Buy salesperson who was VERY helpful.
