I was tired of paying the cable company over 8 years for their router. After reading reviews, decided to pull the trigger. So far so good. Set up was pretty easy with cable company help. Wished I had purchased it sooner.

I bought this modem so I woudn't have to lease one from Time Warner. The range isn't the best but this modem was one of the better ones they had for the speed of our internet. I would give it 5 stars if the range was greater.

We purchased this item at the suggestion of the time warner rep. My son set it up. It was easy for him. I like having the router and modem in one piece. My son found it easy to assign different devices to different channels.

The Dual Band Router/Modem was seriously easy to install and took me all of 5 minutes to do so. Hassle free, handles all of my processing needs. Highly recommend for users who need a two in one.

I purchased this because the modem/router I was leasing from Time Warner wasn't working right. It was very easy to register with Time Warner and to install. Once I got it all set up I haven't had one problem with it.

This dual modem/router works great to get better connection by hardwiring 2 PCs. I have been using this Netgear10 for several months now and it works great! The price is worth it!

Great modem/router. Have occasionally laggy internet but that could be from spectrum service. East to set up although the app is a little clunky on iPhone

This product replaced the modem router I was renting from my ISP. It's much faster and I can save a few dollars too. I neglected to check if it had a phone jack, but I can live without that. Great purchase.

If you are using your internet providers modem, you should change it to use your internet connections full potential. This is a really fast modem/router combo

I really like that the router /modem combination is so simple to install and set up. Another thing I enjoyed was the pullout tag with the pw and numbers you need to setup were big enough letters for us seniors.

I was having wifi issues. Got this and have not had any issues at all. Plus since it is a modem and router, I no longer need two devices in the office. Really easy set up. Would highly recommend this product

Purchased this instead of renting a subpar modem from my internet provider - that would have ended up costing me more in the long run. Excellent product & as always, excellent customer service from Best Buy!

I used to be more tech savvy than I am now, but this was easy to set up and get working. So glad I decided to get my own and not pay rental fees anymore.
