Good but sometimes I need to reset it to recover the full speed

This router/modem combo unit was easy to install. One call to my ISP to initialize and voila! I was up and running. Great for streaming movies and multiple connections.

Cut the cord from Verizon Fios and went with Xfinity/Comcast internet and DirecTV now streaming service.Bought this router/modem so that I will not need to pay $12/month rental fee.Will pay for itself in 13 months.So much better than Verizon router.Can download podcasts 15 yards outside of house from my car where before no sign of my network.Streams video all over the house effortlessly.Have had less than a month but so far Im very impressed with its range and power.Setup was done by Comcast installation man so I can't speak to ease of setup.

Our old router still worked. With cox high speed you need something that can handle their out put. You just found it and it was on sale. Best Buy is the only place to shop.

I first bought an Arris modem/router, and its performance was terrible. I live in a typical two-level colonial-style house, and set up the modem/router in one of the upstairs bedrooms that I'd converted into an office. It worked fine in that one room -- but if I went 15 feet down the hallway the wireless connection began to drop off. If I went downstairs I would lose the connection entirely. Totally unsatisfactory. Thankfully BestBuy took it back in exchange for this NetGear device, which has no problems at all, with full connectivity throughout the house. I wouldn't recommend the Arris modem/router to anyone. I don't know why BestBuy sells it. The NetGear was $10 more than the Arris, but worth every penny.

The sales associate helped me get this item, router/modem combo. i wasnt sure what i needed and he informed me and got me what i needed. this item works awesome and really easy to set up.

Takes the place of two separate units, modem and router.

The router was easy to setup and works great. I have a signal in all corners of the house and haven't had any issues with it dropping. I really like dual band feature offering a 2.4 ghz and 5.0 ghz.

Got thit modem for TWCand it works great with the iphone

My old wifi router quit so I bought this router/modem and was surprised how much faster everything runs. I now realize it was my very old router that was slowing everything down.

I bought this to replace a cable modem router that kept dropping me throughout the day. Once I had this one connected, it has been constantly connected and seems very fast. I would recommend this product!

Needed a new router when switching to Xfinity. As usual we found the Rep at Best Buy was able to recommend the right product for our needs. This router works well in our 2 story 3,400 ft home. Happy with the purchase.
