Needed to replace a rental modem from TWC so I decided to purchase a modem/router from Best Buy. Best decision ever.

I have this Cable modem/router for over 4 years now, has not let me down once, Netgear doesn't play when making this products.

Got tired of one from Comcast being slow and sometimes not responsive. (Was third one in about a year.) This one was no trouble setting up. Works great.

I guess it's ok never had my own works great able to surf net but if it get to game systems on then it take a long time or my 5g get kick of my dish every so often I think it my be att because I drop them went time Warner

Internet speed was slow with the modem i received from cable provider. Bought this modem and everything worked great, no lag or buffering on any of my devices.

It can hold when I play online really well. The only problem is that it’s my second one, because of a thunderstorm. Lights went out so did the modem.

It’s amazing and better than the routers that the providers giving.I have hooked 4 IP cameras with the switcher,1 WD my cloud , 1 PlayStation Pro and wireless I have 1 iPad, 3 iPhones , 2 amazon stocks, 1 smart tv , 2 laptops and one desktop pc(DVR for the cameras).The employee said because is 16x4 that I can’t stand with all this devices but DONT LISTEN to the Best Buy employees, because the are just sale man.the 16x4 is the bandwidth (how fast downloading) Every channel (2.4, 5 ghz) can stand up to 100 devices.

I bought this to replace an outdated modem and router. It was easy to set up and it works well for our needs, which are simple browsing and video streaming.

This unit was so easy to set up. After the unit was first turned on, I had all my equipment up and running in no time. It works like a charm.

cox internet is a pain but since I bought this expensive thing recommended by a best buy associate, the internet is working without rebotting every day

Speed has increased since I added this modem but I'm still having trouble with my cameras I'm not sure if it's a modem problem or camera problem.
