Cheap quality build

The Time Warner cable tech was here at my house troubleshooting the modem because it was only reaching 40Mbs. Also the "5Ghz" light wouldn't turn on. I've used net gear before but this will probably be the last. The build "quality was the worst I've seen yet. It feels like a dollar store plastic toy. I returned it immediately after spending 2 hours troubleshooting it. Maybe it was a bad batch but the build quality made me not get it exchanged with the same model.
