Works great - awesome customer support!

Great people at an 800 # for about 90 days. Wish it was for the life of the item though as things can happen. Wish it also had a stand to sit horizontally, but it is meant to stand up and I am space challenged with the location for it. It is why I got this which is a 2 in one device as I could not fit both a modem and a router in the space and was shot the plug for 2 things.

The Netgear product is working very well

Great device but setup was a hassle

The setup was unfortunately a lot trickier than their instructions provided. 1. It required the device used NOT to be a cell phone for setup. 2. It didn’t accept the admin password until we did a factory reset on it. Thankfully our tech savvy son was able to figure it out for us.
