I'm very pleased! I had read about the Best Buy offerings in this area, and honestly was rather confused. The Customer Service Rep did a great job of steering me to an appropriate, cable company compatible modem that would more than meet my needs, and I must say IT HAS INDEED! Now if I could just get the CABLE company to perform so well!

Inconsistent connection

Bought the Netgear AX2700 and am very happy with that one. Bit more expensive but worth it ..
