The rep at the store said I could do it from the Genie app, but I tried it and this model doesn't seem to work that way (and the box and the instructions did not claim that it could). My disappointment is that I bought this model in part because it was supposed to provide excellent wifi coverage, but I haven't seen a significant improvement over the generic unit I had before.

Good modem, worth the price!

WIFI Range is more than enough. Easy set up with Comcast over phone. Overall this has proved to be a good solution as a cable modem and router. But with all that said, recently I have started noticing that the 5GHz signal completely stops brodcasting sometimes atleast once in 36-48 hrs. Then once I restart the modem both the signals 2.5 and 5 GHz. will come up. One star less for that.
