Great Modem and Router

Doesn't take up much space, plus its 2 in 1, so you gain space just by getting ride of your router. And Internet speeds are about 20 mbps faster than the company provided modem Spend a little now and you'll save $10 a month from what my cable company was charging me. Easy set up, and activation. I call my company gave them a few numbers from the back and I was running again in a few mins.

Devices could find the signal, but were not able to log on until the router was reset. I had to reset several times a day. Since it worked after being reset customer care didn't diagnose any issues. This one also had weaker signal than previous models of the same device. I decided to return the device after 2 weeks. Please note that the generic answer to updating firmware is to use the Genie app. This was told to me by customer service, but the only way to update firmware on this model is to have the ISP do it.

Works but I do not recommend this product for comc

Comcast has checked the signal on four occasions and says its my equipment but ultimately I find myself resetting the router daily and it's a giant pain. I wish I would have purchased a modem with a separate router so I could pinpoint the problem easier.
