I have been been using this modem/router long enough now to get a good feel for it. The AC speeds don't quite reach the 1Gbps+ that it advertises even being 6 feet away from the router (getting a little less than 900Mbps), but it will stream my 4K videos that I have stored on my NAS no problem at all where my "up to 450Mbps Dual Channel N" Linksys router would stutter left and right. I just upgraded my internet to 300mbps so I needed the upgrade. Web interface is decent and I haven't had trouble with the readyshare USB port as it shows up as DLNA on all my devices.

so far, so great! getting blazing fast speeds! 100 megs +. was one of the recommended modem/routers on the time warner website. this is a modem and a router so you don't have to buy 2 separate units.

This device has lived up to its name. It's on the top floor of my house and I use several devices. Speeds are fast.

Excellent modem/router. Very powerful, as I have great reception anywhere in my 2 story house and basement. Not an online gamer, but for what I use this for, it has very good speed and connection.

The router/modem is super for really fast internet speeds, the only down side is that it isn't able to use the NETGEAR Genie for parental controls.

Love the speed and setup of the dual band wireless signals, I really miss the install disk, but I'm guessing it was removed because most computers don't have CD-ROM drives; modem router helps us save money on the $11 cable rental fee...but heads up there is no hookup for your phone, so if you are looking for a device to connect your VOIP service to, get another router/modem or connect OOMA or another service

I needed to replace outdated router & modem. Researched online prior to stopping into my local Best Buy - spoke with the sales rep and he explained the ease of installing without even needing to contact Comcast. He was right! I am not tech savvy and even I had no trouble setting it up and it works great. Signal works though out my entire house, patio and yard.

This seems much faster than using my old netgear N600 router with separate old cox modem. Both about 6 years old and dinasaurs. I like the combo modem/router and motog phone and ipad much faster now it seems.

I did many searches and reading a lot of reviews about this router and it has definitely been worth the purchase. Covers the 1000 square ft. and sends signal to all my devices.

I traded in my old modem after Comcast said my problems were an old modem (wasn't true). I decided not to return this when I found my old modem was fine because with the number of WI-FI items we had, we did not have any problems even with the majority of them running in some manner. I can stream a movie without any delays with my son playing a game in another room and the other computers, printers, tablets, TVs etc running as well which was unheard of before.

This worked out perfectly. Incredibly easy instillation, super light-weight. The picture quality is terrific. It's not as big of a screen as we're used to but it's a great size for the space.

I realized how much money I was spending leasing the cable company's box. This modem/wifi router is very powerful. I haven't had any issue with getting signal in any part of my house.

Good choice in buying at Best Buy. Went with the recommendation of service advisor and it is up-to-date and large enough to handle any current upgrades in internet provided.

It works great. I've had no issues at all. It was easy to set up and change the password and name it. I have it placed downstairs and it does great downstairs and upstairs.

The only reason I didn't give it five stars is because connectivity is still spotty in the farthest rooms of my house. Since this is the first router I had purchased in nine years, I expected the technology to have advance to where it reached the far spots in my house. However, it is hit or miss. Still, overall, very good. Easy setup and comes with with a password that is actually memorable rather than random characters. Good improvement there!

I installed it on my own in no time. I bought it so I could stop paying the cable company the lease fee for their modem. I have had it for less than a month and I have not had any issues.

This router was easy to set up; linked two laptops and all-in-one printer in a home network in just a matter of minutes. Smart TV is next.

Great unit, easy to set up. Stop paying rent on cable router from your service provider. This Netgear is better than they will previde to you.

Range is awesome!! If you have a small house or apt this is the stuff you might want to get. Little pricy but great modem and router combined.

A best buy member helped me pick out the perfect product to help me get the fastest internet with my new Xfinity service. Works great, even when using 4 different devices at the same time!
