    Never had Xfinity before so I was new to the concept of purchasing a carrier specific router (I was expecting my options to be junk). But this thing has complete wireless coverage for my 3200 Sq ft home! It even reaches almost entirely across my 1.3 acre property! Can't really ask for more than that.

    Have this hooked up to cable high speed internet and it reaches far beyond the walls of my 1800 sq ft home. Out into the yard on all sides of the house shows a pretty strong signal.

    Bought this to replace an aging Cisco modem which was not providing adequate streaming service throughout our home. This Netgear unit is noticeably faster than my old one, and provides coverage everywhere - even outside on our patio.

    We had the ARRIS - SURFboard AC1600 Dual-Band Router with DOCSIS 3.0 Cable Modem but the connection wasn't as strong and reliable as with NETGEAR. The extra money is worth the speed and reliability!
