Fast while it’s working
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.The reason I am giving it a 3 out of 5 is due to constant WiFi drop out/disconnect issues on a constant basis. I had to do some research and figure out which channels to use to decrease interference, setup which devices I wanted on the 5G vs 2.5G. Called my ISP to request firmware update, called NETGEAR for assistance and were told conflicting information. Basically, it you’re not a tech savvy person, it can be very frustrating to get it working.

Great Router/Modem for TWC

So I decided to purchase my modem, instead of renting it. It's only been about 2 months, but so far so good. Overall I am very satisfied with the purchase. Set-up was very easy. Set-up only took me about 10 minutes. As of now, I would definitely recommend this to a friend.

No problems

Would have switched cellular service to Sprint if they'd provided the same data at the same price, but they just said "nice having you as a customer - Bye." Was not a fan of Comcast, but modem plugged in and was up and running without any problems.

Great upgrade

Solid piece of hardware

Even though it was on the approved modem list they could not add it and had to add it under a different device. This caused only 4 bonded channels instead of 8. I had to return it due to this.
