This modem/Router is just what I needed. I was having problems with the Xfinity Modem/Router connecting with my new dell computer. This solved the problem since I have numerous devices connected to wireless. I can connect using 2.4 or 5 with no problem. I was real tired of renting the expensive Xfinity Modem.

Easy setup works great. Would recommend for anyone.

This modem and router combo was easy to set up and the signal is batter than the two pieces of equipment it replaced. I have not had any problems with the modem/router since I installed it.

Has been operational for about three weeks. Working great, speeds increased from the old router and modem. Easy to set up, was up and running with my cable provider very quickly.

Basic hook up was simple. Options such as parental controls are not beginner friendly. So I have not completed any of that. I have had the internet signal disappear a few times already, and I dread that it is an issue with this modem. This thing was double the price of what I was going to buy, and I'm a bit disappointed.

I was tired of paying the monthly fee to my cable company for an inferior modem. So I did some research and decided to buy this Netgear modem/router combo. What a difference it made! The modem provided by my cable company was slow and couldn't seem to handle multiple devices as it buffered a lot. This Netgear modem/router is blazing fast and never buffers. I am glad I bought it, both for the awesome performance and no more monthly modem rental fees.

This was recommended by the sales staff and they were spot on. Great product, easy to set up and fast speeds. Why have your cable or phone provider do it when you can do it yourself

I have been able to surf web and all the usual stuff without any problems. I think Netgear should work on a better design maybe rubber corners and just make it look beefier then I may give 5 stars 4 for this product. I think they should drop the price too.

I purchased this because the version I wanted (was slightly better) wasn't in stock. At first I thought it was good and it worked flawlessly for the first week. Then the issues started. At first it was andom times when webpages would load slow. Then watching online video would buffer frequently and/or get pixelated. To fix was a simple reboot but it happened too often for my likings. If you use the internet to perform simple tasks then this router is for you (never mind the equipment fee savings from your cable company) but, if you're like me and use the internet to its fullest, you may want one with more options for heavy users. I went with the C7000 & it works better for me.
