I bought the Nexus player since I don't have cable to put in my bedroom, and it has been wonderful being able to stream Netflix and Hulu from my bed. Definitely would recommend to anyone that doesn't have cable or satellite.

After purchase I contacted cable company to activate this cable modem router. It was a breeze. Then they had me test connection and voila! Good if not better than company supplied equipment. No issues!

I upgraded to this model in hopes that I would see some better internet speeds. It also would allow me to return rented equipment to the cable company. I have noticed only slightly better speeds, but see a better handling when multiple devices are running at the same time (eg. Streaming movies and streaming games at the same time). Overall, the device was plug and play. I did have to call the cable company and give then the model and s/n so their system would run through my device. No issues since.

I purchased this modem for use with Xfinity. It worked without issue. The wireless range is good but after having a desire for improved signal, I added an Orbi system. There was no problem turning off the wifi signal broadcast from the router so the Orbi could be set up properly. If you plan on purchasing a mesh wifi system, skip a modem with wifi built in. You'll save a few dollars.

I went from using my ISP (WOW) router to this and am very, very happy. I'm finally getting the download speeds they advertise of 100mpbs. Warning, you may need to call your ISP for the modem to work. I was on the phone with them nearly 45 minutes, but that's not because of this router; it's because of not using the ISP's router. However, one that was figured out, setup was really easy and the quality and performance are both outstanding!

I bought this unit to replace my 2 year old net gear router that was having signal issues. This new combo unit works great, it has wireless range which covers my entire 4300 sq ft. Home. I have 8 secuerity cameras as well as smart TV, and 3 Computers that run effortlessly with no drops or signal issues. I would recommend this router to anyone who needs durable reliable internet connection.

This router replaced the Motorola that MaxxSouth sent. We had very little coverage throughout the house (2,400 sq ft). I took a chance on this one mainly because of the range graph on the side of the box and good reviews here. I literally plugged it up and called tech support and gave them the MAC address of the router. In two minutes, I was up and going. We now have full signal throughout the entire house. It's been a week now and not one problem with anything. Excellent choice.

I have Time Warner Cable (300 speed) and it works very well with it. With most hardware / software nowadays, the "manual" (if at all) are just a page or two long. But nevertheless, it's well built, and has very strong wireless router built in. Am able to use it upstairs (right below the first floor, with windows opened on both rooms), too. The set up was easy and I am able to get 340 M speed most of the time. This translates to less than one minute to downloading a GIGABYTE file.
