Thats the only reason i knocked it one star. Otherwise i think its a great buy so far.

It took a couples days to figure out with our Comcast provided. Over all it is great!

Pretty good if you dont want the xfinity box

One of the features is the xfinity box is open to all other xfinity customers. I chose this cable modem to prevent others from logging on to my connection.

Great Modem

So far it's been a great decision! I'm getting better wifi range with it then on the rented modem. Also it was a very easy set up!

Good modem-router,but too pricy!

It has a good range for wifi,fast down load speed a course if you don't have fast internet u won't notice it. The only reason I gave it 4* was due to the price.
