Very easy to install and register to my Xfinity system. Has good range in the house area.

Much better signal than the Xfinity router. Set up could have been easier, but after a quick web search, I figured it out. An essential upgrade IMO.

I bought this router for our business and was skeptical about it traveling through some of the buildings. After a setup in a central location, I was happily surprised with the range. Even approximately 30-35 yards from our shop and outside brick walls, great signal. I would recommend this for any large area needing a steady signal.

This unit was purchased to insure that I had ample data flow rate without gaps while watching video streaming such as NETFLIX. I have not had any Router problems that contribute to or cause queing of data.

Works fine. The range for WiFi isn't very far though. Good enough for a 2 bedroom 2 bathroom apartment although signal gets a bit weak the farther you are.

In the beginning the ac130 seemed like a pain in the bum as Cox said I wasn't able to use it with their services. That issue has been resolved and the Modem/router works like a charm in every aspect!

For years we had been buying various modems from different companies. The major problem we had was the range of the wireless signal to connect to other devices, and the number of devices that we could connect without slowing down the bandwidth. This Netgear model solved both of those issues. We finally got the internet speed that we had been paying for, and we can easily connect all devices from the 2nd floor down to the basement.

I was raining hard a few weeks back and lots of lightning well my house got a surge and fried my ZOOM router modem no internet now i freaked i had to go to the best buy store I had not been to an actual store in years always buy online and have it shipped but i need one today Employees were very helpful bought this and easy set up after a call to the cable company very happy now thanks much faster and better quality highly recomend

This router handled 4K streaming AND other devices in the house beautifully. Never had a problem. Of course internet speed has an impact, but for gaming or streaming its perfect.

Excellent dual band wireless modem. I have several devices connected to the machine (2 phone, 3 tablets, home automation, garage door, laptop and alarm) and haven slowed this thing down at all.

Bought this when I changed from DSL to cable internet. Cable tech set it up easily. Provides two WiFi connections - a 20mbps at 2.4GHz and a 300mbps at 5.8. Some older devices only work on the 20mbps side, and most of the modern stuff works on the 300mbps side. Signal is stronger than the 802.11n device it replaced, as is the sustained throughput. I'm not a gamer and haven't measured latency (although who games on a cable internet connection?)

Like a lot of other people, I have been renting a slow cheap router modem from my internet cable provider. The bills and fees have steadily climbed over time to an unacceptable level so decided owning my own equipment was the right thing to do. Did need to contact my provider to get activated. Took a bit but I think because the tech guy who drew my call was not fully trained rather than any problem with the unit itself. Pleased

Was very easy to get set up and get up and running. Range and speed increased from Comcast rental.
