This was a gift for my son who rented his equipment and it was not working well. He could not get good internet service inside his house in all of the rooms. The Netgear set up was easy, took two minutes with no complications. He now has great service throughout his house and I noticed wi fi can be picked up while parked outside. A plus is no more rental fees. An excellent product.

This product is one word awesome. I am using this product from last few months. I have comcast 100MBPs plan and with this cable modem and router combo pack I used to get 80-90 MBPs with 5-6 device online at the same time. Best part is this modem is dual band,so you can easily configure the service as per your need. I would definitely recommend this product to everyone.

One of a few replacements for local cable TV rental box. One or two confusing instructions in setup, but with a little perseverance, got it setup and running.

I'm not getting the performance I thought I'd get. I'm not sure if it's the equipment or my internet provider. I'm paying for 150MB per second speed, but I'm only getting 50 at the most. Most of the time my computer says it's about 25. Again not sure if it's Comcast or modem/router combo. It was a bit difficult to get it set up with Comcast even though I explained it to them what needed to be done.

What can you say about a router. It performs and keeps us connected to the internet.

I’ve had this for a few years now and I can comfortably recommend this unit to others. At the time the price was on the high side, but now it seems pretty common. I think it’s fair to say the two issues I’ve had with this unit was actually on the side of my provider, Spectrum.

I owned a less expensive model which finally gave up the ghost than I rushed out and purchased this model and the Netgear support technician was extremely helpful in first confirming that the earlier one was dead and then in setting up the new model. It works fine and is so simply that even I - an 80 year old who is not digitally knowledgeable - can work it. My thanks to Netgear!

Works great !! Would by it again. Was a little agitated that my Best Buy credit card had been canceled and I had to reapply.
