great cable modem

Easy to set up and control

Router was fried in an update so we decided to give back the modem and bought the combo. Easy call to Comcast to put it on their system. I like the card on the back of the modem with all needed information. Once identified by Comcast, the system has worked flawlessly. I recommend the system. As well, the Best Buy associate recommended this product.

Decent product for the price

I was expecting it to improve the wifi coverage in our home since it was replacing a 5yr old model, but the improvement was very small and unfortunately our wifi speeds seemed to have decreased slightly since installing it. It hasn't been extremely significant, but one of those things my family has noticed once one person mentioned it.

I've been using it for two months and really like it. I have Comcast Blast package and I never have delays in my movies or computer gaming. I just wish I knew how to set my phone up so what would automatically connect to the 5G rather than the slower speed 3G.

Much needed

I saved 10 bucks a month with this purchase. As for Comcast, they said oh we would've given you a faster modem. Well Comcast how about mentioning the faster modem when I picked up the equipment? Anyway I'm glad I have my own with a 3 year warranty just in case

I have xfinity and was on their list of devices the price was great and easy to set up with simple instructions. Works great and very pleased with performance.

It may seem like overkill to have this much of a router/cable modem but honestly I couldn’t be happier with this product. I not much of a tech guy so I was thankful for the easy setup, once I understood what I was doing. You won’t be disappointed-very much a YES Buy.
