Worked well for 1 year & after that WiFi stop working, internet through LAN is working.

This router does not work well with anyone using multiple sources. Anytime I'm streaming a movie and I turn on my computer or any other source, it drops out. In addition to that issue, it randomly drops out throughout the day. It happens a few times a day every single day. Definitely regret purchasing this modem/router combo.

This modem loos nice on the box but on the field it just doesn't make it, I have a 75mb contract with xfinity but this thing only reach a wifi speed between 20 to 30, I change it once to see if there was a defect but apparently the second one works exactly the same, so my recommendation is if you can choose another one just do it.

I've been using this router for about 3 months now and it doesn't provide consistent coverage. It constantly goes out completely when im alone and streaming Hulu or Netflix. It's terrible save your money and buy a better router that provides consistent wifi signal to multiple devices.

Modem lasted exactly year before I had to replace.

This modem router cannot work both wired and wireless at the same time. I tried to get it to work myself, and then spoke to tech support on the phone for over an hour and was told it is not possible. Do not waste your time with this!!!

I went ahead with this purchase despite some negative reviews on this product. I was wrong, it is unreliable. In the night, it gets disconnected, most of the devices are not finding this network easily. It is not recommended.

The range on this is only about 10ft... Anything past that won't work! Spend the extra money and get the better quality one

This was much better than my Comcast Provided SMC Smcd3gnv3 combo wifi/cable modem router. When I was having issues with my WiFi dropping and being slow, Comcast kept telling me it was my computer/wireless card, but once I replaced the router I was renting with this one it worked muchhhh better! Also, it'll pay back the cost of renting one in about a year. Setup was easy too. Bios Utility also includes a utility to view the wireless network channels and configure your device for the least used channel (This will also greatly increase your wireless network speed). Thanks Netgear!

i got first zoom modem it didnt work with my xfinity and i return it and get netgear c3000 it works perfectly in minutes...even you dont need to call comcast u can do online activation so easy...

Bad product.Netgear is bad. they wanted to take paid support to check problems.

I had At&t DSL Internet and I wanted to switch to the cable internet which was provided by the Apartment I stay. So I was bit worried about the modem. They suggested me the Motorola modem, I personally had a bitter experience with the Motorola Wireless modem. So I searched for the reviews and found that this modem is holding a good reviews. As I believed, It works perfect. Both the Wired and Wireless are superb, the reception for the wireless is always high strength signals. I never had issues with the dropping the signal or lacking the speed even if I connect more than two devices. I connected the Streaming player (Wired), Smart TV (Wireless) and Playstation 4 (Wireless) and Laptop (Wired). All have the good streaming and both the Wired and Wireless give the same speed, that's awesome. My mobile is also connected in wireless. The Installation setup and configuration is simple and quick. For all the Cable internet service providers, we can get this modem and get the modem rent off from the monthly bill. Definitely more than worth the money.

If you want to save money in the long term then you need this little box. The signal is strong and the coverage spans 3 floors.
