Everything is good except it seems to respond slow sometimes for no apparent reason. Within a few seconds it recovers, and only happens here and there. No Wii hand floating on the screen is good. I like using directional buttons over trying to pinpoint the items with an onscreen pointer. Lots of content.

I bought this particular product because it not only had access to systems like Hulu and Netflix, but it also had the ability to act as a WiDi receiver. I've been trying to connect my WiDi laptop (which is also new and bought specifically for streaming content via the WiDi connection), but have been unsuccessful in establishing a connection. I don't know if it's a problem with this receiver or with the new laptop I'm using. So I will refrain judgment for the time being. I also use the unit for Hulu Plus. Compared to using Hulu Plus on my Playstation 3, which is sitting right next to this Neo-Tv Max, this unit pauses often, as it buffers the video from Hulu. I don't believe it's a network issue, because like I said, the Playstation 3 right next to it does not have these issues. I would like to use this unit to stream from Hulu, but with the pauses and buffering, I'm gong to stick with the PS3. So overall, it's a decent media streamer for the price, but I'm still trying to find something it excels at.

It is a cheaper version of the roku box I would go with the roku

I bought this product without doing much research, but I wish I had because it turns out that it doesn't allow you to watch Amazon videos and has some technical issues. At first it worked great, but then a few weeks after having it, it started to freeze and moves a lot slower.

Having already purchased a Roku, Roku 2, and an Apple TV, I was looking for a set top box that also had Cinemanow. My Samsung bluray player had a Cinemanow app, but it was slow and clunky. I found the Neo tv to be a good value, cheaper than the Roku but featuring apps for all major providers (some have their own remote buttons). This is the first box I have seen that actually does have an on/off button, it does take a couple of seconds to find the wireless signal. Most of the apps are well laid out except for Cinemanow which seemed overly convoluted with its menus. If you are not interested in the hundreds of strange Roku channels I would recommend this box.

overall the neotv unit is very easy and works great. The built in SlingPlayer app needs to be rewritten. This is an issue with that app and is common on other brands as well.

The NEO box was easy to set up and works as advertised. The remote, however, seems to be of inferior quality. It can be exasperating to use. I have not tried to change batteries as of yet. Maybe that will fix the remote issue.

Very good price, simple set up, easy to use, does what is expected from it, gives a new way to the tv experience, i like it!

The qwerty keyboard at the back is handy. One small problem. The light on the unit is so dim, it's hard to tell if the unit is on. Works quite well overall.

The NEO player is very good and I am currently using it YUPP TV and I do not have any complaints. I am also able to attach my USB drive for the photos etc and able to see them. I have not yet explored all other features like Netflix, Pandora etc. The only problem is not able to identify the place / option where I can use the internet and key-in the URL and use all web applications that I use. Some of the You Tube videos etc., The option would have been then but I do not know how to use them. Overall I am very much satisfied as it is serving the purpose of YUPP TV and my USB, I would be more satisfied if I know the easy way how to give the URL location for all other web enabled features.

Needed a compact video player for a tradeshow. Since the device has USB port for external memory was able to play videos on a memory stick. Hooked it up to a monitor via HDMI and did the trick.

For the price, it is a great unit. It comes with video cables and it also has an input for HDMI cable.

Great device, I just wish it had Amazon prime and the menus are pretty leggy, otherwise I have no complaints. The fact that I can stream stuff from my computer is an added bonus!

The NeoTV Max has a healthy dose of awesome sauce. It works on my old tube television, I can watch home movies from my USB. I'm getting a second one for my living room.

Very unhappy about it. Holding on to it just because the international IPTV service I use does not support any other device. Compared to Roku or Apple TV, this is a piece of junk.

Great value for the price. Easy to use. Turned a great TV into a smart TV in seconds!

Would recommend to friends and family. Have not had any trouble with it and connects to windows8 widi without a any trouble

We purchased this to use on our boat, but I ended up keeping it in our master bedroom. Love the flexibility of streaming TV!

Great product for the price. I also have a Roku which loads faster and is easier to navigate. It's good but not great.

We were torn between this and the Apple TV and for the price, ease of setup and use I'm glad that we chose this one!
