WORKS GREAT WITH VERIZON
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.For those that are looking to use this as your main jnternet and are complaining about its limited features. Put a home router behind it so it just serves as your gateway. I put my verizon sim in on an unlocked version and i was presented immediately with full bars, and 5gUV service. I am pulling over 500mb/s download. You arent limited to ATT unless its locked. Highly recommend this as a good backup internet if you work from home or definitely while traveling. If this is your only option for highspeed i recommend you research which carrier that offers you the best signal strength and put a sim card in this and use it as your primary internet. Make sure you get an unlocked version or if you have one already and own it in full - get it unlocked from att. Recommend this product all day!

Probably a good device Terrible company

I had to call customer service for both companies and they would not help at all. AT&T will try to cheat me in the future im certain. Device never worked and I returned it after the second day over 16 hours on the phone with AT&T and Netgear.
