gives me what i need to connect to my wifi 7 ap. temporarily moved my office to another room with no ethernet and needed a reliable adapter since the embedded wifi on my mobo was pretty bad.

I had my previous Wi-Fi adapter for four years and it definitely started to show its age compared to when I upgraded to this adapter. So glad I purchased it and now I game with no problems thanks this Wi-Fi adapter.

I absolutely love it! Would recommend to my friends! It is easy to use and setup if you follow the instructions. Increases WIFI performance by 5x in my experience. In a college campus, it can be a little difficult to setup but I think that the benefits outweigh the setup experience.

Picked this up to use with a Home Office setup, that just had an offbrand wireless usb dongle. Was simple to setup with my home network, looks stylish on the desk. Netgear was chosen due to having their equipment currently in the home, and purchases made in the past.

Easy install, works great! Price wa a little high but wanted the piece of mind that it would work due to setting up in the basement of our house.

Excellent speeds. I'm getting 1.5Gbps+ speeds with WiFi7. This was easily worth it to upgrade an old Dell PC, with only 2.4Ghz, to WiFi7 capability. I have it paired with a mesh network using two Asus RT-BE96U units.

Works as needed when internal one on motherboard stopped working

I bought this adapter when my onboard WiFi started to disconnect frequently. All I did was plugged it in and installed the drivers then my WiFi worked perfectly and worked faster then without it. WOULD RECOMMEND to anyone with a slow internet connection

I purchased a few of these for various IT projects, and they are some of the WORST WiFi adapters I've ever had the displeasure of using. I'm an IT professional and the drivers for these are simply terrible and riddled with unaddressed bugs. They constantly disconnect and are slow, often slower, than much less expensive WiFi 6 adapters. It doesn't matter whether you use them on Windows 10, 11, MacOS, or Arch Linux (I'm an Arch user by the way); they are always the same---TRASH. The base that connects these these adapters to your USB ports is literally useless and a source of a lot of the problems. You have to unplug the adapter from the base and plug it directly into a USB port for it to even sort of work---sometimes. But wait, there's more! You can't just plug it into any USB port...you have to try different USB ports if you want these to work. Somehow, these interfere with other USB devices and fail to function if there is interference. I haven't dealt with issues like this since the early 90's back when we had to configure IRQ dip-switches on oldschool PCs. Netgear's support is totally useless as well. I had to troubleshoot the issues on my own and read a bunch of Reddit posts before I got my adapters even semi-functional. Unfortunately for Netgear, this is probably the 10th product of theirs that has vastly underperformed, and I just had their entire company REMOVED from our purchasing system at a large company I work at; they will lose multiple six-figures a year in business now. Fun times for them! Stop making junk Netgear. You've been horrible forever. I'm never buying anything from you, ever again. Have a nice day!
