It retains and password the name of the original network. Didn't work miracles but definitely improved my coverage. The "Darth Vader" styling doesn't exactly blend into my living room decor. I put it on the floor behind a magazine rack.

Difficult to set up

But finally did after a few minutes of troubleshooting. Worked good for a while then a couple of days later started having connection issues during peek times. Unplugged it and reset all the equipment, worked good again for a couple of days then the same thing happened again so for now it’s just unplugged.

Super easy to install and seamless integration

I’m glad I did. Super easy to setup and install. Everything works perfect with no noise or excess heat. I’m using it as a range extender with my Starlink system and devices that require ethernet ports. Seamless connectivity.
