ADSL/VDSL customers BEWARE

The box CLEARLY states compatible with Century Link. After HOURS on the phone with Netgear AND Century Link I was no closer to having anything up and running. Everyone kept playing the "blame game". Bottom line: I wound up returning it to the store for a refund.

However it took 3 weeks and numerous calls to Century link and Net gear to find this out. They kept telling me to reboot, re configure, etc. I was on the phone for hours and off line for many more. This second one seems to work ok, although we do need to reboot every am.
