If you plan on using it for Verizon Fios, don’t. It doesn’t work with all of the systems that the Verizon router controls. You will lose “widgets” and you will lose the On Demand features. Otherwise, this thing is fast and better than the standard router given to you by Verizon. Shame it has to be returned.

I've had this router now for about a year and I have had zero issues with it. It was very easy to setup and it provides decent speeds/bandwidth for my handful of devices. I particularly like the ability to manage the device/connections via the Nighthawk phone app.

Great router especially at Black Friday price of $89. Could not be happier. Coverage on 2500sq ft house is great. Took less that 5 minutes to get router started. App is great and you can disable your child’s WiFi to their phone or PS4. Too many positives to list. Highly recommended.

Went to upgrade from older slower router and what a difference this was. Much more faster than my old one. Setting it up was just like any router quick and easy. My wifi speeds now are pretty much what my cable speeds are at after I set it up for 5 ghz.. Would recommend this router

This device was easy to set-up and has a good range in my 2K sq.ft., two story home. Strong signal strength all over and in the garage. No more buffering delays on my Netflix movies, Hooray! I like that I can see all devices using my WiFi signal and block them if I choose.

Fairly easy install. decent coverage., Still a little up in the air but that might be because I also bought the Nighthawk USB network adapter. It died after 3 days. Bought another big name brand and it was actually an easier install and now it and the router are playing well together.

I finally decided to buy a new router and a nighthawk instead of my usual route of buying a refurbished regular netgear. I'm very pleased with the results. I have more coverage in the house and I get more consistent speeds. It is true that you get what you paid for.

I purchased this product hoping it would help speed up my internet and stream more smoothly. It worked great for the first week and then It went back to cutting in and out. I know the problem is my cable company so I will get Spectrum out here once again to hear the same old lies.

This router is excellent and quite bigger than the normal routers. I used to have 3 wifi routers and I removed everything and installed this one and speed and signal of this one have been more than three times the speed I was getting with the old routers..

I got this on a Black Friday sale to replace my old NetGear router. It was easy to set up and has been very reliable. I have this on my first floor and have a strong signal even in my basement where my daughter has her work shop. Very pleased with this router

I'm using this as an access point. High speed and great range, but power users might find the configuration limited. In particular, the USB drive share feature does not have any option to setup users/passwords (the only option is to require the router admin password or not).

This router was super-easy to set up with our modem and handles multiple devices with tons of streaming content. I especially love the NightHawk app that lets me see which devices are connected and the net traffic. Excellent value with Best Buy's advance Black Friday pricing!

Upgraded from my dying AC1900 which served me well. Basically the same unit, with claimed speeds being a little faster. I find the wireless throughput to be about the same, but I get the same excellent coverage as the AC1900 for a very, very good price.

Installed this in the central part of our home, and the coverage and signal strength is excellent. I especially like the Nighthawk app, which has some nice features, along with informing you when a firmware update is available.

My previous router lost coverage in every corner of our house and lost speed significantly with the old unit. This unit has coverage through the whole house. My speeds remain steady throughout my house and maintain the max speed of our isp. Great unit

Super easy and quick to get operational. Study the manual in advance and have a plan for setup. I named the SSIDs and used the passwords from old router and everything just worked. Signal strength is generally one bar more than the old router.

This Christmas season I upgraded to the Nighthawk 2400 from my decade-old Netgear wireless. I am not a tech guy but my, oh my, how improvements in routers have surpassed my expectations. The speed and range were exceptional for a large home.

My internet kept losing signal off and on and I took a chance on it being the router and got this at a great price. Could not be happier, haven't lost signal and it has much better range than my old one and everything streams smoothly.

I had to replace my old router because I wasn’t getting a good signal in some areas of the house and I had to reboot it almost everyday. I have had this one over a month and haven’t had to reboot it once and every room gets signal.

Picked up Black Friday week for a good price. So far all is well...a good strong wifi signal with no interruptions or video buffering while multiple devices streaming and Xboxes being played online. Was easy to set up and configure.
