Love this router/modem combo, it is a bigger device but not overly big. Increased my speeds and killed the lag for me. Also looks good with its lights/

Seems faster than the one suddenlink provided, saves money monthly and definitely improves range. We were getting lags with theirs no lags so far.

Cable modem and wireless router in one. Setup was super simple and quick. Blue lights look cool. The only criticism that I would have is that it is a bit on the larger side.

Have had no problems with this modem/router. Bought this as my previous cable modem/router lacked much distance capability and would not reach to back areas of my very small house. Changing to this one totally fixed that issue. Works very well and set up easily. Don't know about customer service for product as have not had problems to where I had to contact. The only reason for 4 stars is it is a bit pricey. But then I guess you get what you pay for and for this all in one modem/router it does work great.

This product has helped with the congestion of our internet. Speeds are great and everything was easy to install and get working.

I purchased this router/modem to save money on my Xfinity bill. I was tired of paying the rental fee. The router/modem was very easy to install. I called a Xfinity representative and they connected me easily. The modem I was renting had bad connection in the back of my house which is 2000 sq ft because the modem was set up in front of the house. I set up this one in the same spot and I do not have that issue anymore. I am happy with this purchase and I would recommend this product to anyone.

Godly fast speeds as expected, perfect for gamers, or business use (my wife and I work from home). Haven't had any issues with this Modem. Just very pricey.

Big gamer and the kids are well connected, have no issues with range or speed. Great controls to shut the ole kids and grandkids down for dinner and family time.

I bought it twice the same modem. The first time I spoke to cox communication about installing the new modem. And they couldn't help me and then told me to change it. I went to the store and exchanged it for another of the same. I spoke again to cox communication, and supposedly the service was already connected, but I still had no internet, they advised me to speak to Netgear, and they did not call me back. I proceeded to download the software update, and after that, it already worked perfectly.

Replaced an Arris DOCSIS 3.0 cable router with this and couldn’t be happier. Maximizes my service without drops or lags. Works excellent and very pleased with it

This item works really well especially with 2 teenagers stuck at home because of Covid 19. My wife and I are on here wirelessly all day and my kids are on their laptops and phones for school all at the same time with almost no lag! We use Spectrum Broadband and pull an average of 200 MBS on each wireless device- definitely better than the ASUS router I replaced which barely made it a year before it died. Also set up parental controls to shut down their devices late night by MAC address and that works awesome. Just take your time and follow the directions- and make sure to update the firmware.

Very fast and great distance huge upgrade to the cox panoramic wifi router. I also get more speed.

This is a high quality router that allows the max speed your wifi can offer. The range is massive (I can walk half a block away and still be connected. There will be some disruption depending on your walls, but overall I've had very few issues with it. The kicker is this particular model isn't compatible with the Nighthawk app that enables deeper control. Not a huge deal for me, but it can make modifying your settings a little complicated.

The router works great and has a good range. It also allows more bandwidth and increases the capacity of your internet speed.

Expensive, but this thing is a beast almost the size of a game console but strong! Covers the whole house and the internet is as fast as ever.

This modem/router has great speed and great range! I would definitely recommend it to anyone needing to upgrade their system!

I liked this router so well I bought another for second home in Florida. Easy to setup and just as fast as it say it is!

Works well. I use this modem router on my Xfinity Broadband Network.It support a strong Wi-Fi for multiple devices. No noticeable lagging or buzzing.
