No problems so far! Our internet speed is much faster. I would recommend this product.

I bought this to replace a 6 year old modem thinking the speed increase would be very noticeable, but I didn't observe a significant difference. The modem is still good and I do recommend it.

be careful pulling the antennas out, they break very easy.

This router can easily support more than 20 devices connected to it at the same time. The range is not very great for very large homes. The security features also pretty good.

Great overall product and must say I would recommend if you doing internet to get your own router for it saves you money in long run, by renting it from the companies.

High end product...very good set up instructions....very good technical support.. Lot of options... also set up remote administration with no issue.

You’re spending a pretty penny for peace of mind. Not a single problem yet with this. Do the math in the long run you’ll save money and the headaches of renting equipment.

A decent combo modem and router. Works well with xfinity. Note that it doesn’t support traffic prioritization

I have noticed a real difference in streaming on over 10 devices simultaneously. No interruptions whatsoever, this is a definite must have for large families!!!

I was happy with the unit for the first 6 weeks, but then started having a connection issue. Checked with Comcast first and confirmed no outages. After finally getting someone in they went right to the standard "Reset the router" procedure. The Firmware update never went away. After another hour or so call the next day, they decided to RMA the unit which had some initial issues the first day, but worked until it didn't 6 days later. Again a long wait for service and did the standard reset with ended up doing the same as the other: firmware never finished. I have made many calls that took hours and many dropped calls and was never put through to 2nd tier help. Kept getting tier on folks from somewhere in India that just followed the same playbook. DO NOT BUY THIS OR ANY NETGEAR product. I am now stuck with a unit I cannot return to Best Buy. I hope I can get Netgear to reimburse me, but not sure I have that many hours to lose to that process. A tech specialist suggested I go with something from Motorola since they handle a lot of commercial business. Was so looking forward to the hype around this unit.

This is the best modem/router i have ever owned. Highly recommend it to anyway who is trying to upgrade their modem to current standards.

Well, let's say considering the price for this item thought it would pick up wifi around my smaller home better than it does. I have a 1600 sq ft. home and ended up having to buy a wifi extender for an additional 150 to pick up wifi on the opposite side of my house. FYI my cheaper Netgear router that was $150 had no issues connecting at these distances.
