    Does not work well with Xfinity. Lost of drops. Has a lot of capabilities and maybe would be better on another service provider.

    Bought expecting it to be better than the Xfi router modem provided by Comcast. Boy was I mistaken. Lost 200 download and 10-20 upload speed.

    Mediocre coverage at best! Was packed in sturdy tote wrapped in bubble wrap and towels yet didnt survive move!!

    at first i was excited and then when i got home to use it does not have a phone jack for a landline i was disappointed and now it's in the box reminding me of how much money I lost..im not a happy at all i should have brought a TV instead

    only 7 months of use and it was damaged and when I called the company they wanted to charge me for the consultation it does not work

We are sorry to hear that you had a difficult experience with your product. All NETGEAR products come with 90 days of complimentary technical support, and 1 year of hardware replacement warranty. If you are beyond the 90 days of complimentary support and you need additional technical support you will be asked to purchase an extended support contract, but if the device has failed and needs to be replaced you will not be charged for the support call, since this is covered under the hardware replacement warranty.

    Doesn’t keep up with my internet

    I can not get the internet speeds i am paying for with this device. I don’t even get half the speed i pay for. Cox came out to check if anything was wrong and told me its the modem.

    worst router i have every owned - limited range - my old N600 offered more coverage than this. - asked to return it - best buy said no.

    VPN connection Problem

    I tried so many ways to make this router work connecting my VPN. Nothing! I called the help desk and they never returned my called. After two weeks I decided to returned.

    Had to return this equipment because we couldn't get Netgear Customer Service to reinitialize settings. They kept transferring us & 3 hrs later we just gave up.

    Better buy Modem and Router separate.

    WiFi speed garbage, even xfinity own modem works better. Netgear customer service worst compare to any company. Better off buying modem router separately at the same amount of money.

    I was extremely disappointed. Product brand new did not work. 6 hrs with WOW cable and Netgear tech support. No luck. Had to be returned.
