Netgear is always a solid choice for wifi equipment. Out previous router went out at the office after almost a decade of use. Our IT specialist suggested this model since it was similar to what we had. We haven't had an issue yet with dropped or slow service.

Bought this to replace my Nighthawk X6 R8000. This blows the X6 out of the water. I get better coverage than the X6 and the band carry a better DL than the X6. The only reason I miss my X6 is for the extra DNS settings. My X6 broke down. My WiFi degraded once a week, and it stopped broadcasting the TRI-band.

Best router I have ever owned. Been a longtime Netgear fan but the router takes the cake. The range is amazing for the price and the wifi speeds it offers are absolutely incredible, making me feel like there is no waste/loss coming from my ISP. Big recommend from me. Setup was insanely easy using the app and only took about 20 minutes total. Thankfully we put a password on the internet access because my neighbors can see my wifi channel too lol.

The dual-band feature allows faster speeds than before, and this router allows greater coverage area in my home. The downside is that my printer was not dual-band compatible, which required buying a new one

Very easy to setup, the app that goes along with the router guides you through each part of the process - including if you need updated firmware. Very pleased with this purchase - streaming has been smooth as ever and speeds are through the roof.

Ive had an older nighthawk router for 8 years and was needing to be upgraded. This router works perfectly and ive 100% noticed a better signal/speed performance. Hope this last just as long!

This was purchased as a replacement for another Wi-Fi that didn’t last 2 years. My first Netgear lasted almost 10 years,wasn’t available when I purchased my last Wi-Fi, but once that quit, we decided to go back to Netgear. Their on line people will also patiently help you too, it you have trouble setting up. We didn’t have a problem.

Easy setup, great coverage and nice security features. Got this to replace TP Link since that company is under federal investigation and may be banned from the US

this is an excellent product. it is located in my basement and I receive a strong signal in my second floor tv

Technical help at the store was amazing. Installation was quite simple and seamless. Unit performs better than expected and provides excellent coverage for all of our devices throughout our home. Would definitely purchase again

Setup was easy as was connecting devices with the QR code on the router. Network speed is clearly improved over my old router.

Good and makes my speeds much faster. Shoud buy if your Internet speeds are above 500mbps.
