I have this router behind my PACE Gateway for Gigapower Fiber and it performs amazing. It's the best router I've ever owned. It's super fast, easy to configure even with the more advanced configuration settings. I would definitely purchase again.

Excellent wifi router. Have used Netgear routers for several years now and have always been pleased with their performance. The Nighthawk X4S is a great choice, especially for large homes.

My previous router was having some trouble keeping wifi alive so I bought this as a replacement. The difference in speed was incredible. It was extremely easy to set up. I also installed the Netgear Genie app which is great! Definitely a great buy!!

I had purchased a range extender but wasn't getting the results I had hoped for... I bought this router and it gave me twice the speed of the range extender in the room with the weakest signal. I am happy with the quality and range of the product.

I replaced an aging linksys router that was cutting signal out and reseting itself back to factory settings for no reason. This router is easy to setup and run. I've seen better coverage vs my old router and that's always a plus. So far so good on the performance with wifi and also pass through for my PS4 online gaming.

The first one was DOA. The Wi-Fi worked but it would not connect to the Internet. Was on the phone for 2 hours with tech support and he had me to tests from my end and determined there was a factory issue. Returned it to Best Buy and brought home another one. This one worked fine, although it was slow in accessing the web site to set it up then it worked great during the process. Fantastic 2.4 signal strength and 5.0 is very good. My download speed did not change but my upload speed increased by 34% all due to the Netgear AC2600. Recommended router. Be sure to change the admin password. I even changed network names and set up guest network. No issues.

I bought this as my son uses X-box and Play Station gear and plays high speed games that eat up a lot of bandwidth. The old router couldn't handle it. I bought and installed this myself (and I am not overly techie) and it works awesomely! It is as fast as running data over a hard line and the range is greatly expanded from my old router. The only minor glitch is when I deleted the old router information halfway through the instructions, the next page advised to enter the data from the old router so as to set up the new router! If I hadn't had the information already written down I would have been in a bind! But, other than that, I am extremely pleased with my purchase! Just be sure and read the instructions all the way through before you do anything and make sure you understand what you are doing!

Solved my issue. My issue had been a lack of router. This one solved that and the cost was reasonable. Also, the price was decent. Would recommend for ease of setup. We run maybe 7 devices at a time on this router with no problem. KIDS!

Works well in our home better signal in every room in the house

Bought this router to replace a Linksys that still worked but was not dependable. From the box, the Netgear Nighthawk X4S Router was easy to set up and handles all of our wireless devices with no problem. Highly recommend this router.
