I can definitely see the speed difference from my old router. Handling several Roku boxes streaming with some pc gaming with absolutely no problems. The 5ghz channel actually has some decent range. Well worth the money!

This was replacing another older Wireless router. Setup was relatively quick and easy to navigate. I had to contact the Internet service provider to finish the setup. We definitely have more speed on our Wireless network in our home.

Needed a router that would cover a distance and level within the house. Older product I had wasn't strong enough for the new TV and WiFi needs. This product is doing exactly what I wanted from it. A bit expensive but it does work.

Our previous router kept going offline and was so difficult to reboot everytime our children visited and more than four people tried to use it at the same time. This one hasn't shut down once yet and the speed is unbelievable compared to our old one! The only drawback is the difficult setup procedure--we had Geek Squad set this up thankfully as it took them over two hours and there's no way we would ever have been able to do it ourselves. There apparently is a problem if you've had a router from a different manufacturer installed previously and also there is an incompatibility with an HP printer as far as the scanner is concerned but not the printer that even Geek Squad couldn't figure out (I suspect the problem is actually Windows 10 which has so many bugs and is much worse than Windows XP)

That what my son called it anyway! Router was a breeze to set up. We paired it with new Arris cable modem and no more skipped beats even when under heavy load from up to 15 devices connected at the same time, at times!

We moved to a new home and immediately found that we were unable to get a wifi signal throughout the house with our old router. I went to Best Buy looking for a wifi extender, but the young man at Best Buy suggested this new router instead and he was spot on...it solved the problem and also resulted in faster speeds throughout the house.

I had a Netgear router before and never had issues with but felt it was time to upgrade and get something faster that would handle more devices and longer range. I decided to stick with Netgear and I wasn't disappointed. This new router is noticeably faster and I am happy with my choice of sticking with Netgear.

Solid buy. Good range. Fairly easy to setup but has a load of nerdy settings if you care to dive in. Design is, well, aggressive and the antennas are a kinda ridiculous. The many blinking lights on the front are a bit annoying, but you can turn them off with a simple toggle switch at the back.

I had an older Netgear router in the house that worked well so when it finally died I wanted to replace it with another Netgear. The range/strength increased and the setup was easy (very similar to my older Netgear router).

I was looking for a good wireless router to cover a larger house (2 stories) and have the capability to stream games\movies, run 3-4 devices and a wireless home speaker all at the same time. Overly impressed that the unit could handle this with ease (no dropouts, etc.) and the coverage is great; I can go to the end of my driveway and still get a very strong connection. It is also nice to be able to assign either the 2.5 or 5GHz wireless network to devices and it also has a guest feature if you want to put your guest on a different wireless network all together. This replaced a cable company provided model. I would highly recommend going with a performance router such as this one; night and day compared to the junk the cable company issued me,

I was looking for a router replacement to extend my signal into dead zones in my house. This router not only extended the signal to the dead zones but increased the speed making websites very snappy and quick to load.
