I was having intermittent problems streaming Netflix movies in my one level house. I had an older D-LINK router and I had to move it out to my kitchen counter and move my Blu-Ray player out on a stool to get the signal to work in my living room. The store associate recommended the Nighthawk and BOY did it fix my problems. I now can have the router out of sight and my Blu-Ray player is back on the shelf under my TV where it belongs. I get a strong signal anywhere in the house for my computers, phones and laptop. Netflix streaming has been pretty seamless, with only an occasional fuzzy picture. I am so happy I bought this!!!

Installed the Wifi router to replace an old outdated apple airport. Not saying the airport wasn't great in it's time. But it lacked some of the features I was looking for such as the guest network, the newer bandwidth options. The range and distance it covers. It can stream to multiple devices without causing all the buffering we were experiencing. Reaches the 3rd floor and provides a strong signal. Overall a great Wifi device with much more options than what I touched on.

We had the slowest Internet and our router was 8 years old. This new router was worth every penny spent. Not only was I a sceptic that it would help I thought it was our provider. When we set this up (which was a piece of cake) it changed the speed of our wifi tremendously. Now I can be on the computer, have a movie downloading on cable and my son online playing his xbox and there is zero lag. This router is wonderful and I wish I had made the purchase months ago.

The AC series Netgear AC2600 model R7800 router was easy to set up and performed well, at least until after about a month in use I made a firmware update. The router lost its mind so I returned it for a replacement, It was out of stock so I got my money back and will wait for another sale. My old N series Netgear N900 model WNDR4500 router will have to do until then. I liked the bright LED process indicators. The N900 indicators are quite dim by comparison. Setup was the same for both routers. Oh yes, be sure to change the sign-in password (password) and the 2.4 and 5 user names and pass-codes!

There are so many routers out there, I really didn't know which one to go, but I am glad I went with this router. We have had zero issues since we bought it and between 3 adults, 1 teenager and an 11 year old, we have at least 10 electronics connected daily if not more.

The range and speed of this router are incredible. I've got both 2.4 and 5ghz channels set up and easily and instantly able to stream to upstairs and downstairs televisions. My only complaint is that in order to use the USB port on the router you must use the Genie software. The app for a Mac was almost impossible to find and constantly disconnected if the computer when to sleep. If you are look for that feature I would not look at this router.

I have had a number of routers and this was the easiest to install and seems to be the simplest to operate. I don't do very much with automated things but I did not have a problem connecting the modem or any of the other Wi-Fi products that I use.

I've only had this router for a couple of weeks but so far I'm very happy. We had gigabit internet installed in our home but our router was only putting out 50 mbps. Obviously, that wasn't going to cut it so we upgraded to this router after checking out some reviews. We still aren't taking full advantage of the gigabit speed but have consistently been over 500 mbps. The setup process was also very easy. Can't recommend this product enough.

After experiencing poor performance from less expensive router of a different brand, I purchased the nighthawk with the hope of solving my weak wifi problem. It has done that, albeit at a higher price. Unit was easy to install and was picked up immediately by my devices. My only issues are that it has a larger footprint with four antenna and its function lights throw off a lot of light in a dark room- don't install this in a bedroom

Did a good bit of researching routers before making this choice. It was easy to setup. We have 4 wireless devices in the house and 2 wired the Xbox 1 and the blue ray player do alot of streaming. The old setup could not keep up to the pace. This unit do's a great job and with a much stronger signal to the upper levels of our home. Unit is in the middle of our basement and the signal on the 2nd floor is great. It was at a good price too.

Easily installed and fully operational in few minutes. Good signal and easy operation/connectivity. Software is a bit less user friendly with fewer apps than what is available on similar Linksys routers - reason for 4 of 5 stars.

This router has it all. There is nothing that i have not been able to do since purchasing is router. I had an older linksys that crapped out. I run about 20+ items on wifi daily and we have a family get together that added about 15 more items to tge network and the linksys died a horrible death. Purchased this one the next day and have had not one hiccup. The only problem is setting up parental controls. I turn the wifi off to the kids at a certain time and have not been able to figure it out. Other than that great purchase.

Bought this router about six weeks ago. I've not had a lick of trouble with it. I placed it on the main floor at one end of the house . My daughter is able to stream video with no issues from her room in the basement at the other end of the house (about 35' away plus down one level). I've never owned a router that didn't need a reboot every couple of weeks, so this one has definitely been a refreshing change.

I have a lot of electronics hooked up to it. I have 7 hard wired and about 10-12 wireless running on it without any complaints. I have every game system x2 running on it and it has had no lag that is noticeable throughout my home. I used to need an extender to reach our master bedroom, but no longer need to use it with this router!
